Yeah I guess £2.50 for a one off is ok but not too often.

I'm on a big money saving drive at the moment too (hence cancelling WW monthly pass and trying to decide on my gym membership and trawling through my statements each month and designing numerous nerdy budget sheets!!)

I use my gym membership four times a week when its not snowing so find it very cost effective....thought about cancelling my monthly pass as been weighing at home last 4 weeks and doing ok, but I use the online stuff so much I think its still worth it.

when did you start ww again cheeky? nearly 2 stone, that's brilliant. i have done the geeky spreadsheet and assuming i lose an average of 2lbs per week, i will reach goal in mid-april. but from past experience i lose lots in week one, then have 2-3 weeks of not losing anything (despite sticking to the plan) and then get disheartened. trying to beat that this time!

When I use the gym its cost effective - I need to get back into it!! Not been for about 2-3 months I think, so bad..

    2 stone is FAB :j

I am going to challenge myself for the month of January (or whats left of it) to do at least 30 minutes of exercise every day.

    To do this I can:
    • go to the gym
    • go for a walk during lunch break
    • go for a walk in the evening
    • do an exercise video
    • go for a bike ride
Oh and, Cheeky, back on the pizza thing have you tried making them out of pitta bread?
Really should be doing some work...

Hi there, Katy I started on 7th October and have lost 24.5 pounds so far, with just over two stone more to go. I should get to goal beginning of May so not much different to you. I have faith that you can do it.

If anyone fancies being a facebook buddy for more help, then pm me

Evening everyone, had a good day here. Doing well this week and resisting lots of temptations but it's hard ! Mostly due to being stuck indoors with this blasted snow I think

    Today's eating -
Brekkie - Porridge, banana & honey
    Snacks - raisins & hazelnuts
Lunch - WW 0 point butternut & pepper soup and slice bread & low fat spread
Dinner - WW korma curry sauce, chicken and rice. 2 scoops low fat ice cream for dessert :p

Total = 18 1/2 (leaves me a few points for later as evenings are my worst time - I sometimes end up going to bed so that I don't eat ! :rotfl: :o).

Just out of interest, I was wondering whether we ought to think about starting up a new thread? This one has over 2000 replies ! We can always put a link to this thread on the new one. What does everyone think?
