Thanks have bookmarked it this time.
Am trying to work out my indian points lol. I decided seen as tonights meal out was cancelled and the other half really wanted one to give in. Have eaten less than I would normally do at an indian though0 -
Right this is what I have pointed does it sound ok?
Mushroom Rice - Ate half the takeaway portion - 10?
Vegetable Bhuna - Ate about three quarters maybe - 10?
Cheese Naan - Half as shared - 10?
Poppadom - Just under one - 2.5?
So total 32.5, I had 11 points left for today and had already saved 3.5 so I have 18 points left to earn back if I dont eat anything else, and am really craving something sweet.... three days to earn it back between eating and exercise.0 -
hey everyone. i don't know if anyone will remember me but i was an avid reader and poster back in september/october time... i lost about 4lbs then got a new job and used that as an excuse to not bother about my eating any more.
anyhoo. i'm back! weighing in at 12st 7 and looking to lose 2 stone. no rush. i'm more concerned about changing my appalling eating habits (chocolate and stodge = happy)!
i may lurk a while. i don't always feel comfortable posting if i feel i've 'failed' a weigh in.
i will be weighing myself rather than paying someone else to do it ^_^

Hi Katy, I remember you, I've just sloped back too after using numerous excuses to over eat
Cheeky I don't think you'll have used that many points, 1 whole poppadom is 1.5 and I reckon the rice could be around 6 max? The bhuna and naan sound ok though so I've saved you a few!! The points on the webiste afaik are for the whole tray...but better to overestimate than under!!
i have just had a slice of chicken and mushroom pie (11) with beans (2) yuuuuuuuuuuuum.Really should be doing some work...0 -
puds i remember you too! :T
mmm pie. no. i've just had dinner!!0 -

I've just signed up. Want to lose 1 1/2 stone ideally. Typical story, put on the weight when I got a boyfriend and we spent more time indoors indulging in food and wine! Hopefully this will be the solution!!!* Save £s - Lose lbs *

This site has some great low point recipes including point free soup
This will be point free if you don't add the yoghurt
These also look good
Soup is a good one as you can just add whatever veggies you like from the free foods listGod is good, all the time
Do something that scares you every day

just been looking at that first link... making me hungry. but for good stuff!0

I am soooooooo bored!!! However, have not resorted to eating :j
I bought my super duper new digital scales yesterday (people ones not food ones) and I know they'll be different to the WW ones so this is kind of a 'new start' although got on them this morning for the first time and IF they were the same as the ones at the meeting then I've lost 5lbs since I last went to WI 8 weeks ago!!
My problem now is getting my bum in gear to exercise. I was told recently that it only takes 5 weeks of not doing exercise to lose what you'd built up! Boo so I'm back to square 1 and I'd done really well but its my own fault! Really need to do something as I can feel the wobbliness (which i thought was weight gain but appears now its more flabbiness )
Not sure what to have for dinner today, not really hungry...might have a hot indulgent bath for a while filled with all my delicious christmas Lush stuff...mmmmReally should be doing some work...0
