Oh my WW leader had always said that was for the whole dish. Must ask again when I'm there on Wednesday
Please do! I would be so happy if it was! I just played with special fried rice on the tracker. 200g (medium portion) came out at 20.5 *gulp* surely that can't be right? the only difference between that and boiled rice is the oil, and it can't be THAT much?!

We're supposed to be having a chinese tonight, hence why I'm clutching at straws :o:rotfl:

    Afternoon/evening all,

Right I have cancelled my monthly pass, I'm just not using ii and haven't got the interest to go to the meeting anymore so thought I should save money instead! Bought some digital scales today so i can weigh myself every week and i'm going to tell you lot my losses (hopefully!) every week!

Apologies for spelling etc - i'm lying on the sofa at a rather odd angle making it v difficult to type. Had my cleaning job to do this morning, 2.5 hours round trip trekking through the snow and 1.5 hours of cleaning!!! My legs are going to fall off...

    Ok catch up time:
Well done on the losses everyone :j
Salmon - i generally wrap in foil with some mushrooms, peppers, herbs and lemon, what ever i have really but yum!
Pizza bases - no not made 'em i'm afraid
Chinese - I have chicken and mushroom (3) and boiled rice, have always pointed it at 3 for the whole tray and hasn't done me any harm i dont think..well its just a chicken breast, a whole heap of mushrooms and some gravy i guess..
Eat Smart at Morrisons - v good ready meals and pizza!

Right sorry again for the messy post but i cant move..

    Puds x
Really should be doing some work...
