Got some in tesco norwich today...all SEL were full price though (they werent last week) all scanned at 1p x 20

Picked up about 40 of the bayonet ones in Yate earlier. There was a couple of outers left on the shelf.

Tesco's Elmers End last week, 1st day of promotion as seen in national newspapers, shelves EMPTY.

We went to ask someone to check if they had any left in the back, and it turned out the manager had got them to clear all the shelves and get rid of them, as he assumed it was a mistake!!!

Sometimes, you just have to laugh or you'll cry. :rolleyes:

As I've mentioned earlier, I got 20 bulbs towards the end of last week at Kew - no questions asked.

However, the store had sold out by the following day. Not surprising.

I had my first chance of trying out one of my 1p bulbs last night only to find that it was a dud. What a waste of a penny!! (Fortunately, I had a few more to choose from).

got 2 today-however some werent coming up as 1p, even though they were 6 year ones-tesco manager got a bit irate when i pointed this out-but refunded them as they were already through till-staff knew nothing about it (though i saw them taking them away once i bought my 2 bulbs!).
