Woohoo :j - The 15 items that finished tonight went for £48.71 plus 2 had already sold for another £10 so my running total is £58.71.

Only 3 of the 15 items didn't sell so I will relist them today.

Another lot finishing on Wednesday so hopefully that will boost my total. I won't get the chance to list anything else tonight.

Four of my items have sold for £10.90.

If items sell for more than a £1 for example £5 are we counting that as 5 items??

I think that it would count as 5 items, but are you counting the amount you made after all the fees have been taken into account (profit :)) or just what it has sold for?

I've just listed my first item to get me going - a voucher for 3 months worth of free DVDs that i got given so it's pure profit all the way :T
  • All my ebay bits I put on last week have sold now. I've made £119 before postage so will see how much that costs and update my profile tomorrow. Chuffed to bits though! That's at least 100 items off my ebay list!

Well, the big sort out in preparation for the move has begun, so my eBay box is looking nice and full. I'm hoping most of the things I've got in there will sell for more than £1 but we'll see. Sorting out clothes tomorrow so should have lots more to add. Can't wait to get moved and reconnect t'internet so I can get selling!

Well done Kashton a brilliant start.

Wow, You are all doing amazing. I was a bit slow in getting started(ill Kids)but I have now placed 11 of those Avon items all with buy now price of £1.50 so hopefully they will get going soon. Think i may be annoying other reps though at my mega cheap prices.

I am just going to stick my old TV on there and see what that goes for as well.

    Keep it up peeps

Ooh please count me in I have been a bit lazy with ebay recently so this may spur me on. We are having 2 holidays this year :o (Cyprus and Centre Parcs) so I think I will put my mad total at the cost of the holidays and the spending money for 2 of us making it a total of £4395:eek: or 4395 items to sell.

I had quite a fruitfull day on there yesterday so I think I will include those sales to give me a good start and the motivation to keep going.

  • Could you ebay wonders help a little miss thickey in working out ebay fees!!!!

Let's say I sold something for £3.00 what would I be charged - I worked it out as - 10p for the listing and a further 7.5% - 22p. Am I right or being very stupid!!

  • Hello

Only sold 1 of my 5 items at the weekend and that only went for 99p, so can't even cross an item off of my list and they haven't even paid yet :( Feeling really deflated. Wasted about a £1 on fees (therefore about 1 item further down!). Maybe I should keep them on for 5 days rather than 7? I think if I make an overall profit of 50p on items, when I have sold 2 of these, I can make it to 1 item off my list.
