Hi All,
Can i pick your brains about morality please?
Ive just recieved my free sim cards that i got through a freebie site as i wanted one for a freind.
Now they have actually send me three of these leaving me with 2 spare - would it be immoral for me to sell these on ebay?
Im thinking that it would just be free money!
The second half of this question asks if i were to request a free sim card from another supplier and then sell it on ebay would that be wrong?
I mean, if a company is giving something away free and then i decide to sell it is that illeagal or just immoral? Or is it ok?
I mean, if someone wants to buy one off me rather than look for a free one is that my fault?
Sorry its long, having my own little dilema over here0 -

I've got a few freebie SIM cards and was thinking of doing the same thing - even if I get a couple of quid for them, it's "free" money. Which is no bad thing!LBM 1: May 06 - £16,900  . LBM 2: Jan 08 -£29,500

I think that it would count as 5 items, but are you counting the amount you made after all the fees have been taken into account (profit
) or just what it has sold for?
I've just listed my first item to get me going - a voucher for 3 months worth of free DVDs that i got given so it's pure profit all the way :T
I am counting what they sell for as I always add some onto the postage to cover the fees. Obviously if there was some high fees I would deduct this.£23366/ £39206.92 DFD Nov 20160 -
Just a quick update! I have currently got 23 things listed, with approx 2 days left to run, and am up to £63! Wooh!
If they sold for that, I would be up to £497 of my total, which isn't bad. Hoping they go for more though!Wish me luck!

In my sold sections on Ebay it says who has bought my item and underneath the item name it say's this user is no longer registered? Does anyone know if this means they will not be buying my item?0

Afraid so. this has happened to me a couple of times now.
On the drop down box next to it, click on 'report an unpaid item' and ebay should reimburse your fees. Some consolation at least :rolleyes:LBM February 2008. DFD March 2013 19 August 2011Debt at LBM £14,395.48. Debt Now £00 -
How deflating. The only item I actually sold I probably won't really sell either if they are no longer registered
Still, I will do the remibursment form and keep going. Thanks for the reply

Please may I join you all ... I'm another one who sporadically lists odd bits and pieces but I need some motivation to get stuff on there more regularly
I would like to aim for £1000 by Christmas ... I know thats a long way off but I have sold most of my sellable stuff on there alreadyI have got loads of car boot stuff in the garage but its all bits and pieces that don't seem worth listing on here; I will add on any car boot sale money to my total too if thats okay. Just of to put ds to bed now and then I'll start digging round for some stuff to list
