hi there, me and my bf are going to be first time buyers and we have a substantial deposit already, well my bf has a substantial deposit, im still in the process of clearing my credit card (£176 left which im aiming to clear by the end of the month!!) im useless at saving but need get my backside into gear and start! I earn more than my bf but I currently have more outgoings than him, which ive managed to cut down on already. After my credit card is paid off this month, im aiming to save my commission from my wages which should be on average about £100 pm, plus there's no reason why I shouldnt be able to save £500 a month on top of that.We aiming to start house/mortgage hunting in January so i should hopefully have some saved by then.

My Matched Betting target of £120 fell away a little when I realised I didn't have enough money available to bet with! So managed only £85, didn't do the number of signups I wanted but did get what U could out of the ones I did so it'll just wait until next saturday or tomorrow's champion's league
