I'm off for a few weeks on holiday in July and looking to take about £800. Am I better off getting the money exchanged now or in a few months as everyone is making out the pound is only going to get weaker and we are going to get even less for our money

    Cheers

Did you actually read any of this thread before posting?

I thought maybe just maybe people would stop asking this question after recent posts but alas, and you know that you're only encouraging me by posting such silly questions, but for all the phatbear fans here goes.

An update, barry the squirell was intercepted at stansted airport arriving from coppenhagen during a baggage search my dubloons were found along with 15 passports in different names, some photocopied euros and a very large toblerone, a search of squirell was undertaken and nothing of further interest was found therefore he was released, however he did walk out of the search room looking a tad like john wayne.

I followed the little fella out and, as promised, had my revenge by skinning the little bleeder and using his skin as a gstring, pics are avaliable at www.bearinasquirellgstring.com.

So barry is no more, alas, it appears markmoo was goosd to his word and he had infact the slipped the contents of my bulging sack into barrys hole, so now i have my dubloons back and without a shadow of a doubt i can confirm that dubloons well and truly are the way forward, unless your a nigerian squirell who tries to mug off an angry bear.

    all the best

    Ladies please you flatter me,

personally i would just be happy with slimmer of the week, this is said with a touch of irony as i tuck into a double decker, mind you im drinking diet coke so the double decker doesnt count.

Anyway im sure the question on everyones lips is

"is that a large squirell or is phatbear quite small"

well ladies i can assure you I am a proper sized bear, barry was on the large side, in fact he was a large african flying squirell.

Gotta run as I have innocent travellers to hassle.

However i havent finished all my lunch so if anyone is interested i have a packet of crisps i could send on, just pm me with the subject "i want your cheesy wotsit"

    all the best

Unless you are changing vast amounts of money a point or two in either direction won't make a huge amount of difference imho.
