[12:27 EUR/GBP: Extends North on GBP 220bn Gilts Issuance Shock] London, April
    22. EUR/GBP has extended north to an eight-day peak of 0.8936 on the back of the
UK government"s announcement that it plans to issue GBP 220bn in gilts in the
2009/10 fiscal year (Reuters). This number is 10% higher than the GBP 200bn
    number flagged in today"s FT.

0.8831 was the traded low during the early part of UK Chancellor Alistair
Darling"s budget, after he forecast 1.25% UK economic growth in 2010 and 3.5% UK
    economic growth in 2011.

Seem to drop once the Budget announcement had finished which I guessed it would.

Inspector Monkfish what is your view on it recovering and getting back to level close to last year after Mr Darlings announcements
