    Hi Doodledo & welcome

It is a great feeling to be in control and thanks to the last 2 weeks following this thread, my house is tidier and I am more relaxed when anyone visits. :T :T

DH has even noticed I am less stressed at the weekend, due to spreading the load in the week. :j

Hope it makes a difference for you too.:j

Thanks for the welcome. Thats just what I need to do spread the load over the week as weekends have just become a mad rush to get everything done.

I am definately currently in the category of embarassed to have any visitors and I hate it.

I know this isn't a question about flying, but it was on my today list, DS2 has homework we are struggling with.

We have to freeze five liquids and see what happens to them. Just wondered if anyone has any suggestions as to what liquids we could use. Surely most things will just turn to solid ice.

I hated science at school, wish they could have suggested what to use and we see what happens to them.

    Can anyone help? pls?

    Evening mumofjusttwo

Thanks, I will try this. DS is 9, he hates homework and we end up having to do most of the groundwork. He is bright at school, but has no motivation, a bit like I was before flying. :rotfl: :rotfl:

SAV3R - maybe not appropriate for a child but alcohol!? :rotfl:

    Don't think vodka freezes.

DUSTYKITTEN - have done my first ever ebay listings. Got a safety gate and a pram toy to sell. Fingers crossed they sell - think I'll be checking every hour for bids!:rotfl:

Just got to tidy the kitchen, (still not done it from tea time), and lay out DD1's uniform ready for tomorrow. She very good at getting herself up when her alarm goes off at 7.30am and getting dressed before she comes into us. Not bad when she's only 5. Think she's motivated by the no TV rule until dressed, breakfasted, teeth cleaned, face washed and shoes by the front door ready to put on. Saves a lot of nagging in the morning.

I'm off now - need my beauty sleep!

SAV3R, the only liquid I know of that doesn't freeze is vodka, probably not appropriate for a 9yr old science class though:confused:Edit to say luby-lou said that but I cross posted. What about anti-freeze?

Michelle, hope your little one is feeling better tomorrow.

    Kaz, thinking of you tomorrow.

AnW'sMum, still thinking about you and the children.

Pigpen, hope you had a good time at crufts and thank you for putting up list again.

Newbies, hello to you - I'm a newbie too and last week was so good I'm doing it again. My house is lovely clean and tidy.

Hope everyone else is well and keep safe all of you with the storms tomorrow.

Sorted all my paperwork and bills today to be paid tomorrow for the whole month.
See you all in the morning for my second week of flying
