My DH used to leave his dirty clothes on the floor and let me put them in the washing basket. No amount of nagging made any difference. In the end I just left them, stepped over them, walked round them. After about a week when he ran out of clothes and the pile got really big he put them in the basket and I washed them. Neither of us said anything about it and he's put his stuff in to wash ever since
We've got an ongoing thing with the toilet roll at the moment! He puts it on the "wrong" way. I like it with the sheets running over the top, away from the wall. He does it the other way. As it's an improvement on not putting a new one on at all, I just turn it round every time I go in there - and he turns it back again0 -
Hope you're feeling better now Jill.0

huge hugs to you Jill, what a horrible situation glad everyone is ok if a little shaken/bruised. I know what you mean about the guilt thing but sounds like you did all you could and Charlotte was understanding. In an odd way good that it happened to someone you know and you could both talk about it.
The main thing is no one was seriously hurt and in an odd kind of way it could be the beginning of a close friendship. You've earned a drink tonight.Official Mascot and Chief Cheerleader for the 'Mortgage Free in Three' Gang0 -

My weigh in day is Thursday at WW, skintscotslass goes to Rosemary Conley on a Wednesday, so should we go for weigh in announcements on a Weds/Thurs ? If you PM your start weight and goal by mid May I will put a league table together. Just the goal weight loss if you don't want to disclose current weight. I'll then post the league table on a Thursday night after WW. What do you think ???

Morning ladies.
Well, a bright day today - although it's breezy - so should be could for a walk through the forest. Although I'm really tired - ended up staying up way too late. I got hooked into the film "Vera Drake" and just had to watch it through. I thought it was an incredibly powerful film.
And, of course, even though I could have stayed in bed for an extra hour, my body clock woke me up at the normal time. I shall have to have an early night tonight.
Right - what do we have on today's list?
