Hi all,
I'm back again after an awful few weeks. Will explain the whole situation when I have some serious time (it's a whopper). The house is a sty, the baby's ill and I'm just knackered.
Ok, I have ten minutes, so I'll give you a brief outline. Right, I left off with my ex (DSs dad) trying to commit suicide. It turns out that he did this because he's been dealing drugs, as if that weren't bad enough...he was shoving them up his nose instead of selling them. Hence, some very angry drug dealers were after him to collect their pound of flesh.
However, clever little drug dealers checked the council list and discovered his name linked to my address and started asking questions around town about DS and I. Unsurprisingly, I am not very happy about this. That pig hasn't lived here in four years and yet he's still bringing danger to my doorstep.
Luckily for us, his parents took out a loan and paid off the debt to keep him (and us) safe. I feel so sorry for them, they never in a million years thought that something like this would happen to them.
I've been looking over my shoulder for so long, I just can't seem to stop. I'm absolutely shattered with the effort of being on my guard all of the time. Now I just want to move house, pull DS out of his school and keep our address a secret.
I've told the ex that he can't see DS until he's clean, sober and has started washing again (he literally looks and smells like a tramp). He'll also only be allowed visitation if it takes place at his mum's house, with her present. If he leaves her home, I'll call the police and have him charged with kidnapping. I just can't take the risk of these bad people seeing him on the street with DS and giving him a good hiding in front of my son.
Well, there's lots more to that story, but I don't have the energy right now. I hope you're all ok. Take care, I'll check in again soon.0 -
Finally admitted I need help - is it o.k. to join?
With Ds1 at 20 months and 20 weeks pregnant I am now no longer in control of my house.
In an attempt to take back control and live somewhere that looks like a house rather than a bomb site I am going to try and be a level oner!
Here's hoping!Tomorrow is a new day with no mistakes in it yet...0 -

Quick post as I have to be out the door in a 10 minutes and I need to start getting DD sorted. She's still ill and now complaining of earache so we've got an appointment at the doctors at 10.40 - but we'll be walking  and the storm is here ATM :eek: Only other way would be by bus or taxi, neither of which are exactly reliable at this time of the day and I'd rather not be standing around waiting when we could be walking there. Last time I tried to get a bus or taxi we were late for our appointment! Oh and then there's the cost £2 minimum just on the bus! Not exactly the best day for this to happen, but I want her better as soon as possible as we're supposed to be meeting up with friends for the first time on Saturday for an "adventure" So we're setting off earlier than usual as I have a horrible feeling we'll be walking INTO the wind. I'm cold and tired and haven't even made it out the frontdoor yet, I'm just hoping the rain holds off until we get to the doctors. Will keep my eye out for a couple of bricks to put in our pockets :rotfl::rotfl: Will catch up properly later when I get back :wave:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0

Aimee.. Gosh you should have and only went so DD2 could go as my mother owuldn't take her on her own.. though the best in show was good..The heelwork was brilliant, I have video'd some of that. The friends for life thing was lovely.. the girl who won was absolutely sobbing her little heart out bless her. My daughter patted the winner and the reserve.. and the lady who owned the Samoyed said my daughters dog (we had bought a stuffed one) was lovely!! lol. That absolutely made her weekend.. I was a bit miffed that as soon as the best in show was annunced people started leaving without waiting for the presentation.. I found that incredibly rude!!! Especially for those who wanted to watch it but couldn't see due to the ignorant people standing in front of them!
Maralum.. I'd move house (and possibly town) and not tell any of his family where we had gone.. regardless of any relationship with any of his other family members. There is no way I'd be taking that kind of risk with my child.. I think you are very brave staying there.. many of these people must know you still live there!! Stay safe and big hugs xx
MY hips are killing today.. closely followed by the immense pain in my knees!! Off to take some drugs and I'm back on the scrubber bus!
I need breakfast too so anyone up for a 10-10:30am HHC??????????LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
