JillD-hope you are feeling ok today. I am sure that you must have been really shaken up last night.
Can I join in the weight loss thing. Must have missed a few posts last night as I don't remember about it!! Last year I managed to get to my 'ideal weight' but managed to pile it on again!! Need to try harder , would like to give up bread as it makes me bloated and must stop having two dinners. ! with DS & DS and 1 with DH!!
DS got playschool/nursery todayso it is just me and DD. Hpefully should ne able to get all the living room done. Need to a couple of binbag boogies I feel.
Going to DS nursery today to talk to his key worker and have a play this afternoon-hopefully DD may have a little sleep before we go. Who knows though.

you lot have made me start the day with a smile.
Julie what a beautiful gesture from you. It made me have a big grin on my face that someone would be so thoughtful.
jill hope you are ok today - nice and chilled. Can i include my baby weight, ie weigh myself before going into labour;) I will only be able to take it slow though as i will be BF. Saying that, last time i was within 4 pounds of pre-pregnancy weight within 6 weeks, and had lost 11/2 stone within a week of having DS. Wed weigh in would work for me as i am likely to do it at my parents house as there scales are better than mine.I'm round the 13 stone mark at the moment, which isn't bad as i was 12 1/2 when i fell pregnant.
Sounds like DS is awake, best go check - how much toast can i get in him today, and will i be sat on my bum watching barney all day

g&b - hope you dont mind me asking but what height are you if you want to be 7 stone something (or can I not add). I will be ecstatic beyond belief if I ever see single digit stones again !!
I'm a shade over 5ft:o Dont think i will get down to the 7 stone region as i want to build muscle too, which will push my weight up. We'll see:rolleyes:The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -

Yes I saw that last nightmy heart goes out to his family. There was also news of a DS in Lancs who hung himself last week sometime. It is so terrible that anyone feels so low that they feel the only course of action is the one they have taken. I just hope for both these officers their families do not have to wait 21 months to get to coroners court.
Julie cleared some PM's
