i'm having real difficulty motivating myself this afternoon.
i've written a list, and that is about it. That covers whiel i am at work.
Need to grab some motivation from somewhere as we have the wardrobe fitter 24th/25th, plus tiscali coming to do something as we have upgraded to their equivalent of the see/speak/surf package 24th, plus midwife appointment 25th. I think i will actually be busier when i finish work.
Don't let me forget i need to buy goodies to take into work to say goodbye as i won't have time to make anything. plus sort easter eggs, and also buy grandads wife a birthday pressie this week.
Anyone else dragging their feet today?
Can't wait to see the new pigpen lists. might also be in the mood to do some of it.0 -

Green tinge usually means too much bicarbonate of soda. Did you use heaped teaspoon or level one?
They'd still get eaten in my house too.
Here's my 'done' list for the day:
36 min 20 second run this morning - (yes the 20 seconds does make a difference!):rotfl:
quick tidy of bathroom
quick tidy of lounge
get as much of lunch ready as possible - done mashed potato, carrots, carrot & swede mash (yuk! Only for the IL's)
wash up
s&s kitchen
sweep kitchen floor
scrub - (yes, that's right scrub, not mop) kitchen floor.
Thank goodness DD2 is still asleep, I need a sit down for half an hour's peace now. DH out at the football and need to have dinner ready when him and the IL's get back. Also need to feed kids, polish DD1's shoes for tomorrow, wash and dry a few loads of washing, bath and hairwash the kids and put them to bed! No rest for the wicked.
Will have to catch up on posts later, but HELLO:wave: to Winky and all you other fly ladies and a big
KICK! in the nicest possible way of course to those who need it!

We are having an ebay challenge easter week so you need to find something to list!
Oooh, do you class this week as easter week? I've just spent the last few hours putting up about 20 things so maybe I've achieved that one already!
DD dropped by this afternoon and asked if she could stop a while. Her flatmate was doing some work so she wanted to be out of the tiny flat she shares. When I popped through the living room to the kitchen to get a cup of tea, she was curled up in the armchair with the Sunday newspaper. She said "Oooh I do like being here Mum, it so feels home" - she's been moved out nearly a year now... I had to hide a little watery tear that sprang from nowhere. I do miss her..
Right that's enough emotional stuff for now- off to sort out some dinner.I am the leading lady in the movie of my life

it must be lovely to have her back for a bit soappie.
i can't remember who suggested getting a bike from decathlon for dd's birthday but thankyou. we went and chose one today and it's lovely and a lot less than we expected to spend.
i'm going to go and do a 100 boogie fling now because this house is a tip! dh is going to do the cleaning through the week if i declutter. after last weeks decluttering i filled the wheelie bin in a week which means dh has to go to the tip because it only gets emptied every two weeks. lots more needs to go though.
speak later when i've done 100 things. hugs to all xx0 -
Another day of very little flying in the dusty house (very aptly named).
S&S
cleaned under kitchen sink cupboard
3 loads of washing
Dusted tv and computer screens
That is it!
Life with 3 kids keeps getting in the way of flying, parites, football, homework, coursework it is just never ending.
OH back tomorrow night - not until late. So far in the 4 days he has been away all I have noticed he does is clean the football boots and do 2 of the weekend football runs. Kitchen has remained tidy without him here. Not having a go just realise how little he does and how much I do.
Ironing tonight and not much else. Horrors of horrors I don't think we have any wine:eek:The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
well its been a good day. you'll never guess? its spread! DH and me started to tackle the garden shed. you can now actually step inside and reach for things. the big news is that we found a sava plug for the fridge bought a couple of years ago and never fitted. DH took it inside and fitted it right away. yeh green credentials. then i put lots of things on free cycle and they are being collected mid week. yehhhhhh stuff going, can see the wood for the trees, DH involved. what more can a person want? lifes good."The purpose of Life is to spread and create Happiness" :j0
