Good advice from Tim Deegan, but you have to remember his advice is not impartial as he sells beds/mattresses online (as far as i know).

My osteopath recommends differently tim deegan's, so i am back to square one for now.

Well actually there are a few sellers out there who give a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. Then if they are returned they auction them on ebay as items that have been tried out and returned.

Is this what you do/would do with your returned stock Tim?

Yes I do sell beds as most people on here know, I am quite open about it.

I don't come on here to sell, I come on here to give 100% honest and impartial advice, and correct much of the sales pitch that people are told in many of the big chain stores.

The trouble is that there are a few paranoid people who don't believe that someone who sells a product could be impartial when giving advice.

The osteopath who advised me said that it was the view of the professional association that she belonged to, and that was why she bought that type of mattresses from me. I actually sell a huge range of memory foam mattresses, not just one type as people have tried to imply on here.

So what advice did your osteopath give you??

What are you implying?

I'm not on here to advertise as I have said to you before, so I wouldn't tell you on here what my companie's policies are.

I suppose you are going to advertise mattressman on here again?

Very sorry, I was actually getting you confused with someone else who keeps coming on here and slating me, then telling the forum how good mattressman are, and incluing their link. Please accept my apologies.

I have nothing to hide, but I'm not going to say what my companies return policies are on here because it could be viewed as advertising. Anyone who visits my web site (which I'm not going to include a link to), can view our terms and conditions. However I'm on here to give advice, and not to promote my web site.

Cleverly avoiding answering the question..
As i understand it from your own recent posts, you have had posts removed (FOR advertsing) and constantly name dropping

What would you say about a company who would claim to has a 14 day guarentee, would come on a forum claiming that they sell their returned stock on Ebay, but
Actually advertise on their website, that returned stock goes back to the factory..

There seems to be some conflicting information there..

Edit-feb 2011- TIMDEEGAN PPR'D -posting priveliges removed

I'm not avoiding the question, I'm avoiding breaking MSE rules.

The only times posts have been removed was when I was new to MSE and didn't understand the rules fully.

Where does it say that the mattresses go back to the factory?

If you have any questions about my company, then contact me direct. If as you say you have been on our site, then you have our phone number. After you have spoken to us you can put the information we give on a post, but we can't as owners of the site. If I said anything good about our company, then it would be viewed as advertising.
