AE's = Alter Egos, basically the same person but with multiple identities (usernames)... notice how many first and only time posters have appeared on this thread from the customer complaint side AND the company rep side...0

This thread seems populated by people who have joined just to take part in this one, including supposed employees of the ticket outfit at the center of it all, so I suppose I might as well get stuck in too...been meaning to join for ages.
Random thought.. why are "employees" posting on here and not using their time to phone people back? Haven't you got jobs to do sorting this out??
Seems like others are worried too:

phoebe03cat... have you contacted your credit card company for a refund? Probably far more use than going to the police...0

Hmmmmm, funny hpw 3 x "workers" appear from nowwhere, join MSE straight away... & then give possitive comments abt SFT.com all in less than 25 mins...?????
Does anyone else smell BULL @"+*....?
Heres a thing.. can i suggest that you all, like my frined Moneyworriesme, try the experiment of oredr "any" amount of tickets.. for "any" event" and give "any semi-correct CC details.... cos you will find, like he & i did, that SFT.com do infact send you a confirmation email.. well how xcan this be if the deatils you have entered are FALSE!!!
COME ON... its not rocket science is it SFT.com!...
BTW trading Standards are now very keen in following this up....
BUT, if you have nothing to worry abt... then DON'T worry....0 -
Yes thanks mountainchrisriver and of course stopped the card! Too late to stop ticket payment but no chance of maxing card if indeed a fraudulent site. Just wanting to protect other people just in case; even more so after trying moneyworriesme's little experiment. Will get to trading standards tomorrow;eyeballs now popping out!0

The site has only been set up for a few weeks (see whois link below... site registered to US), read into that what you will but I would personally only use official sources for tickets!;)
