Hi everyone! Sorry I've not posted for a bit, but I have been keeping up with you all. Well done you losers, that's amazing.
I weighed in on Weds and had put on. I felt really discouraged, but decided on my walk home to give it a break until after Christmas - take hols if i've enough left, otherwise rejoin in Jan - keep on doing the plan at home and see if I can stay motivated. I really don't have the money to carry on when I'm not losing, because I should have been at target by the end of the year.
BUT yesterday doing the supermarket shop I bought chocolate and cookies and came home and binged! However today is a new day and I'm full of good intentions (and there's no chocolate or cookies left).
You never know, a breakout may be enough to kickstart my system again. Sorry about the whinge!!
Have a good day everybody

Can anyone explain the 'for and against' list on sas logs? The website doesn't explain it and my consultant never mentioned sas logs so I haven't a clue. Everythnig else seems obvious.I saw two shooting stars last night
I wished on them, but they were only satellites
It's wrong to wish on space hardware
I wish, I wish, I wish you'd care0 -
I know i shouldnt and slap my wrist but i had a sneaky weigh in today and what a suprise but that delicious christmas meal i had on tuesday night and the disasterous day on wednesday after my hospital appointment have caught up with me and i have put on 3lbs.
i have alot of hard work to do this weekend to try and break even on Tuesday when i weigh in for real (with a new consultant i might add).DFW red and green memberDoing my best to lose weight and save money0 -

Yes when I hear others have lost 3 stone I am stunned, amazed and very impressed with them - when it's me I don't give myself enough credit and praise- I should - heck what it must be like to have self esteem

Wow - there are some great losses on here this week. Well done everyone! I have always been a slow loser but I don't mind too much because I don't really feel like I am on a diet at all. And now that I have lost my first half I can walk and more or less lead a normal life so I am content to take the slower scenic route to my goal!
Anyway here is my plan for the day - (by the way I went for the wine in the end last night, I put the brownie in the freezer and am proud to report it is still there:D)
Breakfast - 5 scanbrans scraped with a tblsp peanut butter and topped with sliced bananas (free+4.5syns+free)
Lunch - Homemade carrot and coriander soup plus a selection of fruit from the bowl and a yogurt (free, free all free)
Dinner - SW beefburger in wholemeal roll with spicy SW wedges made from heb portion of potato plus mixed salad (free+heb+free) ketchup & mayo on burger will be at least 4 syns and a glass of the red tonight will add another 6 so that will be 14.5 syns for the day.
Late night snack - blueberry yogurt mixed with 0%total and frozen blueberrys mixed together to make "almost icecream":D (free)
Milk in drinks during the day will be my hea.
Love
