Hi, can I join your group. I lost 1 1/2 stone a while back on SW but came off the diet and gained 1/2 stone, then packed up smoking and gained another stone in 3 months  so now as of today back on the SW diet, weighed in at 13 stone 2lbs this morning at home (not doing meetings this time). Today I have had 2 weetabix and milk as heb and hea. Heinz cheese and tomato ravioli (hoping this is still 1.5 syns!! does anyone know?) and cheese melted on top hea. Chicken (heb) casserole (2 sys for gravy granual added (ish)) in a giant yorkshire (anyone hazard a guess at syn value) Now munching on grapes. Hoping to do better tomorrow after i've been shopping. Has anyone got a recepie for sausage casserole and any ideas for shiftworking menus i.e. something that can cooked and heated up at work in the microwave?Remember ....its not a bargain unless you need it0

Just got back from weigh in to report a 0.5lb gain. No huge surprise, I had a lovely weekend away (where I generally made good choices) and I also have a * against my name this week, so 'only a litle blip' as our consultant put it
Still aiming for that 1.5 stone - only 1.5lb away..... lets hope I get there before christmas0 -
I've had a wonderful foodie day today....
Breakfast - 2 x weetabix with low fat yoghurt
Lunch - Jacket spud with baked beans and slice of edam
Afternoon snack, another yoghurt and a banana
Dinner - I made a "sod up" (lol) 4 x quorn sausages, red pepper, diced potatoes and a little marmite baked together in the oven with a little gravy on top, man it was good!
Syns - the yoghurts were 5 between them, the gravy was 4 I think and I had a chocolate biscuit this evening which was 3 syns
I feel incrediby satisfied after all that and my jeans are feeling even looser than ever! They have the internet on computers now?! - Homer Simpson
