dice it and part boil it for 3-5 mins

then spray with fry light and bake in the oven on gas mark 6 for about 30mins

check and season if you like and then bake some more

i do it like this or sometimes if i cant wait i grill it, lol

Just come home from WI after a 3 week absence and oodles and oodles of chocolate, chinese etc and was very pleased that I only gained 2lb. I know that sounds daft that I was pleased with a gain but if you saw what i had shovelled down my neck over the last 3 weeks that is a real achievement.
I am now really motivated and back on track to lose it all next week.:D

    hi there.

reading someones post about hi fi bars has just reminded me that our consultant mentioned at class this week that some of the hi fi bars are being discontinued. I cant remember which ones but know that the choc orange is safe. but she mentioned quite a few and did say a new flavour was coming out but I dont know when. Might be worth asking your consultant and stocking up.....
