is rice pudding rice free? as in the rice you can make rice pudding from scratch with?
You can make a free one with toffee muller light and vanilla muller light, but don't you have to add loads of milk and some sugar to 'real' rice puddiing? The pudding rice itself is free on green, yes.

Hi there! Please can someone help me? I have tried logging in to the SW site with the pw I was given in class on Weds, a pw beginning with j. But I can't get in......!
Help!!!!
polly
check you havent got your capslock as I think both passwords i.e. yours and the weekly password are case sensitive. Ive logged in this morning with the password you mention so it is still working. also although it sounds daft, if you havent used the site for absolutely ages then your account might have been closed (you should have received an e-mail if they were going to do this) so you might have to re-register. just a thought.......0 -
Thanks Skint Catt and Flat Eric for your suggestions. Sorted! I had changed my email address, and the old one was still coming up as my username. I'm in, and I can now find out how many syns there are in the cereal bars I have been eating all week in the vain hope that they might be low syn.

We are here to help and support, but YOU are the only one who can get yourself slimmer, fitter and, more importantly, healthier.
I have come across very few people who start SW (or any other plan) and lose weight without falling off the wagon several times during the course of their journey. It boils down to commitment and the willingness to change old habits.
Planning is the key to successful weight loss.
Spend time planning how you're going to achieve your aims.
Spend time planning your shopping so you're never caught out without low syn foods around.
Spend time planning your menus for the week.
Spend time planning what you'll do or say when life gets in the way (as it often does).
Occasionally in my groups I ask members
“ Hands up who wants to lose weight…”
“ Hands up who’s willing to take a challenge…”
“ The challenge is to fill in a food diary just for this week. Fill it in as if you were a new member. Double check your food lists (specially for HEs and syns). Write down everything as and when you eat it. Try to eat basic Free Foods rather than convenience foods and include 5 Speed or Super Speed foods every day and don't forget to weigh everything which isn't free food.
Invariably it produces really good weight losses from members who've been doing the plan for ages and playing with the same couple of pounds (up one week, down the next) for ages, and I think this proves how planning and commitment can really show results.
Now up to you to make the commitment, make a shopping list, get the necessary food in, plan your recipes and start losing the weight to become the you that you really want to be.
Good luck

what is a POMELO...
The pomelopomelopomelo is the largest member of the citrus fruits and grows throughout Asia, Malaysia, Tahiti, New Guinea, and Fiji. The fruit may be called pummelo, pommelo, shaddock, or jabong. Shaddock is clearly not an Asian word, but derives from the English explorer Captain Shaddock, who brought the fruit to the Caribbean in the mid-18th century.
Larger than a grapefruit, the pomelopomelopomelo is also sweet, with a very thick skin. In fact, the grapefruit is the result of a pomelopomelopomelo-orange cross, as the tangelo is the result of a tangerine-pomelopomelopomelo cross. The fruit has a pear like shape, but is far larger. It can be close to 12 inches (30 cm) across at its widest point and weigh up to 22 pounds (about 10 kg).
The pomelopomelopomelo has a light green rind that becomes mostly yellow when fully ripe. The interior of the fruit is a coral pink when ripe. PomeloPomeloPomelo trees prosper best in tropical or near tropical climates, so there are few pomelos far north of the equator. Some pomelos have been grown successfully in the relatively mild climates of San Diego, California and parts of Florida.:T google slimmingworldclub fab support site
