Hi Dee
I rarely use *any* syns in my main meals (If I do it will only be one or two... I save them for a drink in the evening instead, so almost eveything i cook is 'syn free', although I often use my B choices within the meal.
So, tell us....
do you prefer red or green (or either)
do you need to save your B's for other things (snacks, breakfast etc)
What sort of food do you like (spicy, cheap, quick, plain, fancy, veggie etc etc)
.... once we know what we have to play with we can share lots of ideas!0 -

Green Lunches: Jacket potatoes with baked beans and salad
Wholemeal bread with egg and salad,
Homemade veggie soup (this is red too)
Dinners:
Green: Spaghetti bolognese or shepherds pie made with quorn mince.
Veggie stir fry with rice, Pasta with a tomato veg sauce.
Red: Shepherds pie topped with swede and celeriac instead of potato (recipe on Slimming Worlds sample 7-day menu.)
Any lean meat served with a salad.
Lean, low fat bacon with egg, beans, mushrooms and grilled tomatoes.
Obviously, you can follow these with fruit and low fat yoghurts and add your healthy extras.0 -
*Dee* - as per Angie - let me know what you like and we'll let you know - I'm sure we've all got loads! My faves on green are free Quorn Chilli with rice, free Quorn curry with rice (or pasta!) and free Quorn Spaghetti Bolognese (Can you see a theme here?)
To be honest any meal will fit in with SW with a few tweaks. I lost 3.5stone last time on 'meat and two veg ' dinners every night - just depended whether I had pots or not (or how many) or how much meat I had.

Hi there Dee,
On a green day, if you have access to a microwave for lunch, you could have a pasta'n'sauce, most of these are free if made with water, without having to use some of your 'A' choice of milk. I have known people to empty the packet into a food flask add the required amound of water. By lunch time, they should be 'cooked'.
I find them really jummy just made with water.
Good luck and hope you find yummy free things for lunch.Sealed Pot Challenge Member 015 - Target £50 (2015=£70; 2014=£74.40; 2013=£61.76; 2012=£82.50)

Hi all. Didn't post the results of yesterdays weigh-in as I didn't sleep much Tuesday night and wasn't fit for anything (went to bed 8pm last night LOL).
Anyway, I can report 1lb off yesterday, but I can also report a takeaway curry last night as completely knackered from not sleeping, so I am on near-zero syns for the rest of the week to try to make it up! So I now have 5lbs to lose before Christmas. Getting there, slowly but surely!0 -
Hello Eveeeeone!
So after a couple of weeks of mainaini and a gain i can reprht at at last nights weigh in, a LOS of 2. lbs!! WOOHOO! So 1lb to go for my 2 stone award, away at my mums for a few days, won't be going to my normal night weigh in next wednesday, will be going to a morning one near my mums. Hopefully I will have a loss while being away, but my mum stresses me out sometimes! My consultant she will have my 2 stone award ready and waiting for when I get back!
Going to take some Slimming World friendly food to my mums with me!
