    Hiya

Prob £9.50 to join and first week's fee. Maybe do a countdown course...there are a variety of books up to £10 (maybe less?). How about trying ebay for books?

    :)

well to flip that around - what you won't get is the encouragement from like minded folk, ideas from others, recipes you can pick up and other stuff - why not consider (if finances allow) going for say 4-6 weeks and seeing what you think ?

I was going to just join , get the book and do it myself - but I'm very glad I decided to give it a go and don't intend leaving the classes any time soon.

Good luck whatever path you choose :beer:
