Weigh In tonight, I have done one of the most frowned upon things by our S/W consultant and weighed myself. Going by this think I've stayed the same. Wish me luck!!:p
Yup - me too - its why I always get stressed out. Yet my first piece of advice to anyone else - is don't weigh yourself.
Ok. Shut up now Catt!0 -
would it be possible for someone to PM me this weeks password?. I won't be able to go to class for the next few weeks with change in work shifts
Thanks in adavnce :j0 -
Well I'm going to be very bad tonight.
It's DD's birthday, so we've let her choose dinner, so we are having Domino's pizza!! So that's about 50 million syns right there. But at least it's going to show her that you can have a blow out every now and then and then get back to the healthy stuff, isn't it? Weekend could be tricky too, with the chocolate birthday cake! But I'll get right back on it next week (and the rest of this week) to minimise the damage!

Well done, Catt. Not as bad as you thought. I often feel that when I have been good one week that it actually comes off the next, so maybe next week will be better for you?0
