missty25 - yes you can - you need to have maintained or lost last wek AND stayed to class. Those are the only criteria. Well done! :j

*really* tricky question SC .....! Bit like pasta in that it doesn't taste of much in itself. Dry polenta looks like very fine yellow cous cous.

I followed a recipe for polenta gnocci.

I made 'wet' polenta (the texture of mash potato but none of the flavour), spread it out on a tray to set (1cm thick). When cool, I stamped out small rounds, piled them up in pyramids and baked them with a HEB of parmesan grated over. Had a HEB of bolognese ragu on the side.

crispy - cheesy - soft on the inside - really quite nice.

  • Been busy the last couple of days so just been catching up with all your posts. Well done to all the losers - keep it up girls. Been out for dinner tonight and avoided started and had a pasta tomato and chilli dish. My 2nd weigh in on Thursday - hoping to have lost at least 1lb more. Will see - I do the stupid thing of stepping on my own scales and getting disheartened - I know I shouldn't but hey ho. :D
