Can anyone suggest something that feels really naughty but is low cal and low syns so i feel like im comfort eating while being good?
One piece of advice...throw away the scales..they can be your worst enemy...body weight fluctuates throughout the day..think of all the food and drink that has not yet passed through..please try and trust a weekly weigh inIt means you can relax and enjoy all the foods you can freely have.
Treat? I think some of us mentioned having an Options choc sachet (2 syns?) mixed through a Total 0% Greek yogurt
Or for me of an evening...slimming world chips and egg, that's my comfort food :T....also a curly wurly which i think is 6 syns?0 -

Quick post 'n run here as i have guests - and there in lies the problem! Guests mean food and drink and although i have tried to be on plan i have sinned mightily with red and white wine
and a naughty pudding (plum crumble!).
i promise to be very good until next WI on Monday0 -
oh choc options and yoghurt sounds lush, im off to have some of that!
And meringue, nom nom nom. hehe
I had a massive plate of egg sw chips and beans for lunch. was really nice. The chips are better than normal chips, in my opinoin. But ive always prefered home made chips myself! lol.
fluffynit, i promise ill stop weighing myself! I think thats the best plan. I just hope im not more on tuesday, then i may have to cry in public. lol.SW Started 27/08/0868.5 lb to LooseSo far lost 18lb - 06/09/08

I'm going to have a mugshot or noodles in a minute. I need something savoury, really fancy egg and chips but its too late for that now!“A budget is telling your money where to go instead of wondering where it went.” - Dave Ramsey0

Hey insincere - remember how low you were this time last week, when you weighed yourself and reckoned you had put on 1/2 lb? And then you went to WI and lost 6lbs? Hold that thought. Just because you think you're not losing doesn't mean you're not.
And think of this 6 weeks as an opportunity to lose some weight and really get used to the plan, so you can start your new job a lot slimmer, and hopefully be able to transfer the plan so that you can take SW lunches to work rather than falling off the wagon because your routine has changed.0 -
aww, you see why couldny i think that positive on my own? lol. Thank you 2cats1kid.
Im just about up for the day. Does anyone have anything nice on this grey and chilly weekend? i think im going to clean the bathroom! lol. xSW Started 27/08/0868.5 lb to LooseSo far lost 18lb - 06/09/08

I agree. I think these scales can tell lies anyway! I have stepped on mine, took note of the reading, got off and then stepped on again and got a different reading! It depends how you stand on them too as to what reading they give. Best to look at it as an approximate weight and just go by your weekly weigh-in at SW.
