I bought 20 mullers in Morrisons today as my son keeps taking the Rhubarb and the Cherry ones. He doesn't eat yoghurts usually but I'm happy that he does.

My Mum went to SW class last night. Someone had made the following, which she said was lovely.

    1 raspbery sugar free jelly
    3 raspberry flavour muller lights
some raspberries (if you have them)

Make up the jelly, mix in the 3 mullers when its cooled down a bit, and add the raspberries. Leave to set in the fridge.

I'm going to make it for tonight, but forgot to buy raspberries. I think it comes out as a moussy thing, and its all free.

If you whisk this with an electric mixer, it will froth up and becomes properly mousse like.

  • ahhh, i feel aweful. I had a small op today to get rid of a mole that might have been pre canerous, they are checking it now its off, and it hurts and i feel aweful. Theres flooding all round my area, and its been raining for days, and my best friend just called to cry about loosing her job today when shes in 10 k debt and ive not felt this low in ages.

Ive finally been offered a job, but it doenst start for 6 weeks and i have 6 weeks of just sitting round the house with no money and nothing to do and im in a right mood.

Ive been being really good for 10 days now, but i weighed myself today (mid week between weigh ins) and ive put on 2lb since tuesday, when ive been sticking to the plan 110%. So i just threw a wobblie and had 2 squares of dairymilk (4 syns) and fed the rest of the bar to the boyfriend so i cant binge later.

Can anyone suggest something that feels really naughty but is low cal and low syns so i feel like im comfort eating while being good?

    meep.

(sorry about the rant, the boyfriends gone out and im home alone again.)

My fav is fudge bar (6 syns) but I put them in the freezer so they take longer to eat or a low cal chocolate drink takes the edge off!!

Is it really four syns just for two squares of chocolate, I didn't know that. I've been having bags of Maltesers for 9½ syns.
