This caught my eye as our SW consultant did an exercise with the class last night to work out how many syns someone had from a story she read out to us - anyone else's group do that? The woman in the story 'Ivy' had a skinny latte, so I didn't count that as syns, but as a HEa. However the consultant said they can't be counted as an HEa as they add sugar to make them froth, and because it's not measured, so it may not be the right amount for a HEa.

I wasn't going to argue with her, but I'm pleased to see the information above - I'd have the tall skinny latte and count it as an HEa!

p.s. disgruntled to report that I stayed the same this week.

Just to clarify the regular syrups are 1 syn per pump!Obviously if you have 3 pumps that 3 syns;) :D

  • Hi Ladies
Back from a 2 week break in America and dreading those scales!! In fact I'm putting them off until after the weekend!
However before I start again, I could do with catching up online (And reading the last 20 pages of this topic!!) so could anyone PM the password please?

    Thanks!

  • Hi everyone. On day 3 of my return to SW. I was going to start back at my classes on a Tues night but with funds lower now (working part time) I'm finding it hard to justify the £4.50 a week - so I'm going to put the fee away every week until Christmas & this will give me £76.50 to spend on extras then
Hopefully will help keep me motivated for SW and saving!

    Started SW 24/7/10: -5,-3,-3,-6,-5, -6 (28) :T

No, its 0.5 syn for 28g on green day. Making your own and freezing it would be free though
