Good luck Sadie!!! You are at class as I type this
You can see from my sig what I have lost, not the fastest weightloss on the planet, but I am nearly at my stone, and I am planning to keep it off!
The plan works - just stick with it and you will get there sooner or later !!0 -
well done angie, keep up the good work! :j0

Wellas you will know from my earlier post i rejoined class today, and was horrified to see i weigh 5 and a half pound more than when i joined in 2000 . . . . . . . . so am hoping by the end of 2008 i will be less than when i last went in 2000
Last time round i lost 2 stone was really pleased with myself but got lazy and complacent . . . . . . so here is to a new and focused me!!!
Right guys am off onto the dance mat now

Well done to todays losers...........
I'm back in from week 2 of boxerise. I worked really hard at it, the sweat was dripping off me but I feel so good for it. Also I found the fitness work at lot easier this week. I struggled to do a sit up last week, flew through them tonight! The instructor is really nice as well which I think helps a hell of a lot. I was waiting for mr scroogey to come out of the changing room and she came up and told me that we'd both worked really hard and had done really well. Which in turn has made me feel really good about my efforts, and not such a fat freak IYSWIM?
Sadie, Like Angie I update my sig every week after weigh in. I also track my BMI as well as seeing it lower is a further motivation for me. Not long and I'll be in a new band, officially overweight and not severly overweight!
I do several things to keep me motivated, firstly read and post here! secondly after weigh in I text about 12 people (family/friends my result) and I don't want to be telling anyone I've gained! thirdly I set myself mini targets. First was to lose a stone before my holiday, second was 2 stone before my 30th in september (as I'd done so well and the first!) and my third target will be 3 stone by christmas.
So far, my holiday is now less than 3 weeks away and I'm almost at the 2 stone mark. My birthday is about 7 weeks away now, so I have room for manoverue if I put weight on whilst I'm away.
Finally for every stone I lose (and there are a few to go) I reward myself with something small eeyore bowl/cup something like that, I'd never normally buy myself.
And Mr Scroogey does some naked (well just a pinny) housework after each stone.
I did WW about 10 years ago and I never felt this good..... (and I weighed a good few stone less then) so hopefully I'll be able to stick at it.
Tonights tea, Steak Mushrooms tomatoes and a HEB of Potatoes and it was blooming gorgeous!0 -
:rotfl: Oh my goodness, naked Mr Scrooge, now that is an incentive!!! Maybe that is where I am going wrong - I will mention it at my next sw session and I will keep an eye out for my very own naked hubbie!!!! Ha ha0

Scroogey . . . .thanks for the inspiration i am more determined than ever to make this work this time round . . . . . is going to be a way of life not a diet!!!!
Am looking forward to all the support, hints and tips from all you guys here
