Great planning tho,I must say.I spend a fortune on food.I do TRY to eat cheaply,make most stuff from scratch,but just can't manage without a few goodies.Smoked salmon,Cava,organic veg,steak,strawberries......:o

Fantastic NATURALLY,
I am with Kelly, I should defininitely do better, in fact I think I am going to try to use up all my brown rice, passata, pasta etc that I have in my cupboards this week and see how I go (pardon the pun)

well actually its white rice and pasta so I'm a bit worried about the opposite effect, hence making sure I have both B's!!:rolleyes:0

I went to weigh in and have maintained - again. I have been within 1 lb of my club 10 for weeks now, so really will have to knuckle down and get back into it.
I made some strawberry jam last week and have been having thick white toast with butter and jam, so at least I understand why I'm not losing weight
Anyway, back on track now ...You're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -

I am hoping for an STS tomorrow, I spent the weekend in Brighton hen weekend, loadsa wine and rum on Saturday with an all you can eat curry in the evening (2 plate fulls !!!!)
And then naughty breakfast and then, the best of all, Cod and chips, mushy peas and bread and butter on the pier (I did only have diet coke thougth)
