When I get bunged up I drink loads of sugar free squash and when I get home from work. I dance  around like a maniac to some really cheesy music like Erasure, Queen, Tiffany, Debbie Gibson, Blacklace (timewarp, music man, congo, gangbang etc), Fame, Flashdance, Bonnie Tyler, Roxette, Grease... and before you know it you have to excuse yourself from the front room dance floor.

    As exercise moves the insides!:j

  • In a bid to vary my healthy Bs, I got some Ryvita multigrain yesterday. When I got them home I noticed it was a 'snack pack'. Will three of these still be a healthy B? Or do I need a different pack?

I have just purchased some new ryvita tomatoe and Basil and garlic and Rosemary... they are delicious and three of them are a HB. I got them from Morrisons (BOGOF).

As for Chocloate Fix. Cadbury Highlights are 2 syns for 3 heaped tsp. I dip a pink and white in it (marshmallow wafer thing) I think they are 2 syns each and the jam ones are 3. Otherwise single marshmallows are 1 syn each.

    BEEF KOFTA CURRY
    Serves four people
    700g/1lb 8oz extra-lean minced beef
2 tsp peeled and finely grated ginger
2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
    2 tsp crushed fennel seeds
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp mild or medium chilli powder
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
    1 tsp turmeric
    2 tbsp medium curry powder
    500ml carton passata
    1/4 tsp artificial sweetener
    1. Place minced beef in a bowl with ginger, garlic, fennel, cinnamon and chilli powder.
Season and mix thoroughly. Form mixture into small, walnut-sized balls and set aside.
    2. Place turmeric, curry powder, passata and sweetener in saucepan and bring to the boil.
Reduce to a simmer, season well and place meatballs in sauce. Cover and cool gently for 15-20 minutes, turning the meatballs occasionally, until they are cooked through.
    3. Remove from heat and serve drizzled with low fat natural yogurt and sprinkled with chilli powder, garnished with fresh mint leaves.

Used to make these last time around and my sis Peachyest loved them. The trick was melting the Nutella beating the hell out of the ryvita and when putting them into ball shaped I trwisted them in clingfilm to hold the shape. Then in the freezer. LOVELY!!!!

    Ferrero Rochers

    Ferrero Rochers
    10 ryvitas = 12 1/2 sins.
    4 tablespoons nutella = 16 sins.

    Crush ryvitas
Warm nutella in microwave for 20 seconds
Mix with ryvitas and put in very small cake cases (they hold about a heaped teaspoon)
This makes about 28 - 30 about 1 sin each
You could freeze them if you don’t trust your self - they are scrummy!
