EMAIL ACCOUNT SETTINGS:

Incoming Mail (POP3): mail.mywebsite.co.uk
Outgoing Mail *(SMTP): mail.mywebsite.co.uk or the SMTP server of your ISP
Account Name**: name@mywebsite.co.uk
Password**: mail password
Ensure 'My server requires authentication' is checked and that
you input your mail Account Name and Password.
*We recommend using the SMTP of your ISP for best performance.
**The mail Account Name and Password is set by you in the
Email management section of the Control Panel.
I've clicked on the mx and got this... do I put myname@mywebsitename.co.uk in that box... I really going deep into areas I don't know much about!
DNS File MX Entry Maintenance
Change MX for mywebsite.co.uk to:
Hint: You must enter a FQDN (Fully Qualified Domain Name) as the MX destination.
Warning: Changing your MX to something besides mail.mywebsitename.co.uk will prevent us from managing your mail. Your email will no longer be sent to this server.
I obviously want to use a name@mywebsite.co.uk instead of 'mail.mywebsite.co.uk' or is that relevant?

name@mywebsite.co.uk is an individual e-mail address.
mail.mywebsite.co.uk is the name of the server that is handling mail for that domain
So if you have user1@mywebsite.co.uk, user2@mywebsite.co.uk, user3@mywebsite.co.uk . . initially all the mails will get sent to the physical server called 'mail.mywebsite.co.uk'. That server will then split them down into the appropriate account when it has received them all.
Your MX records seem OK, not exactly what 3ix sat they should be but they should work. All your mails should be transferred to the server hosting your website, and your e-mail. There is a mail server waiting at the end of it too.
I've sent you a pm for more info0
