Only popped in to read a little this morning, didn’t post as tried to keep myself focused on my assignment (Did manage to complete all but one bit f the first question so happy with that, worked 9.15am-2pm ish virtually non stop, so a quick catch up from me, hugs to everyone, hope you are all well.
Shelley congratulations to your ex-sil :D
Pigpen, I think I’d have ‘chucked a major wobbly’ a long time ago, like you said what’s good for one is good for everyone. Hope your wobbly was actually listened to and they do something about it asap. We have a lot of empty bugs walk to and from the nursery here because they refuse to let anyone leave them but there are no exceptions to the rule, it’s the same for everyone.
pigpen hope you enjoy crufts :D We've been watching it and will be over the weekend, dog mad DS2s insistance!
Shell nice to see you back. Michelle did tell us you’d had the poxies, I hope you are feeling better, we don’t mind scabby and spotty here :D but if you sit still long enough I might have to join the dots :rotfl: sorry :o can’t resist. With the girls throwing clothes around, what about drawer catches? Ok some kids can get past them but might help. If they can’t get in them they can’t throw it out.
Gunsandbanjos might be best asking on the Ebay board. We always contact Ebay directly when we receive any correspondence after getting the letter thanking someone at his Mam’s address (who doesn’t live there) for registering an ebay business. I think it must be people who don’t use ebay as often gets the pressies as I’ve had nothing :o
Tracyg even if you don’t accept it (I have every faith in you) it’ll be good experience with the interview for when you do want to return to work and find something you would like to do. Go for the interview, you can always let them down gently if you change your mind.
AnW’sMum, I know you’ll read this when you’re ready, just wanted to know you have been in my thoughts today.
Soappie what a lovely offer, hope things pick up for your friend soon. Good luck with fitting in everything you have to do this weekend, sounds like you are going to be very busy.

Oh bother, think that was everyone, if not sorry, my heads fizzled. Most of my day was studying, did manage 3 loads of laundry, DW sorting, dailies like downstairs floors etc and dinner but that's about it so far, dogs even got a much earlier walk at school time instead so I had more time, they were a little confused as I usually walk them once I have got back from walking DS2 to school. Kids rooms can be done tomorrow as bedding was changed on Wednesday aswell this week, will get them to help hopefully. Evening ish out is booked, me and the boys are out with friends tomorrow evening then they'll be coming back here for a catch up when the boys are asleep, easist option. Letting the electronic babysitter (PS3) entertain them for half an hour while I catch up on here, with emails, banking etc.
One day I might be more organised...........

Didn't manage to get on line yesterday - but have caught up now!

Hugs to all in need - still got my daffy badge on.

Scaled the ironing mountain last night with Ashes to Ashes - I am such an 80s fan, all the music in my car is from then!

Tonight is chill out night after a pants week at work. Another friend coming round for curry, wine and a chat - top night!!! We need to book our holiday to see Mickey Mouse in Paris. I am clearly losing far too many brain cells as I cant' make head nor tail of the Disney web site so hoping my friend will sort me out!

Tomorrow I'm freelancing where I used to work - extra dosh for Disney trip- so weekend flying is down for Sunday. Only another week and a half until Easter hols start!:j :j :j

Hoping to get 3 gingerkids into holiday club for a couple of days to crack on with the housework and baking.

    See you later!

Pleased Im home and settled for the night its very windy and cold here.

Went to see mum and daughter was already there. I stood behind the door a few minutes listening to her. Had to laugh as she was telling my daughter it was boring there. Nothing to do. Soon as she saw me that was it. Weeping etc. My daughter took her down to her room and had a talk. Then I found out she had been to a concert yesterday and had also been baking. There was me thinking she hadnt done anything. We were laughing cos she was shouting at my daughter that she would stay in my garage while I was at work. Then suddenly fine and happy when we left.

Not much flying here till Sunday im working tomorrow.

Oh well, not much flying done here today. Toys all over the lounge, pots in the kitchen, washing on the armchair that needs to go upstairs but off to work in half an hour so will have to do tomorrow now. At least I hoovered and changed bedding in kids bedrooms as well as my room yesterday.

Soapie - what a good friend you are. We've been in that position and used to go to my mum's one night a week and MIL another. Was a great help.

What's everyone doing at the weekend? We have a craft fair on at school tomorrow, I'm working at 4pm, then on Sunday morning I'm going running - probably just over 3 miles. Might do a bit in the garden after that.

Must dash - Have a good one everyone!

Vanilla - Pears - 4-8 years for a pear tree to come to fruit. Need a warm and sheltered site for most varieties or they just will not fruit. They do need a polinating partner, but the Fruit Expert book does not specify how close it has to be. Dusty Kitten, ta for the compliment but I am not much use on fruit or veg, had to look it up in a book.

I did get almost everything I wanted done. Still got the fishtank to clean out - lovely. I must go and get a new filter, it died a few weeks ago and the water goes green every couple of days.

Right, I've been contemplating EVERYTHING I need to do this weekend and am about to do a list - but it'll be a list with times on it. It's the only way I'll cope with everything. Stand by to be REALLY bored by my weekend list and it's 10 am do this, 11am do that etc.

But I do hope you'll bear with me and indulge me....
