    Shame I missed the HHC!

I've had a lovely morning at 2 garden centres with my friend. I have brought a tayberry plant and some raspberries canes to go with the desert gosgogs I got in poundland. Just going to phone to see if I can get a trailer load of manure delivered next week.

Not much time until kids come home from school and mother arrives so think I'll just tidy round for 30 minutes finish my dalies and start the kids rooms tomorrow.

AnW'smum - thinking about you. I hope you can get some "closure" on this now it's all over. I think you are very brave and your children are lucky having such a strong mum!

Anyway, on to the more mundane

Fearsome Friday- those frightening kids rooms and spare rooms
    Level One
[STRIKE]Vacuum the floor, even if it's just where you can see[/STRIKE]
    Level Two
[STRIKE]Clear away anything that isn't in it's place, clothes, toys, books etc[/STRIKE] I've dumped everything from my DD1's floor on to her bed so she can make some attempt herself. She's old enough to start and her pocket money depends on it!
[STRIKE]Dusting.. all those shelves and flat fluffy surfaces!! Don’t forget the light shade and curtain pole!!![/STRIKE] Two of the children don't have curtains or even a pole to put them on.
[STRIKE]Strip beds, turn and vacuum mattresses!! and replace with fresh linen .. check if duvets need freshening up too!![/STRIKE]
    Level Three
[STRIKE]Rummage ALL the junk from under the bed and sort through it.. I HATE this task!!![/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Wipe any sticky marks off walls and doors[/STRIKE]
    I
[STRIKE]f you manage to get thr floor cleared.. vacuum the rest that you couldn't see before.. it'll look like a new room![/STRIKE]
    Extra Task List
[STRIKE]Book a night out.. with your friends or husband or anybody.. just go have a day or an evening out.. go dance, go party, go for a meal, go shopping.. whatever.. just get out and enjoy yourself.. and children are NOT allowed!!!!!.. This one is not optional! :p
    [/STRIKE] Oh, if only.

WM x 3 one load been on line, now finishing off for a few minutes in TD
Still need to plan dinner tonight. DD1 has a friend coming round, then I'm taking them off for their swimming lesson. Tomorrow DS has a friend for a sleepover. :eek:What have I let myself in for?
Our electricity was off for an hour this afternoon - just as well I'd finished vacuuming!

Now I need to get DD2 and myself ready to go and collect DS from school. DH has the car today so we have to walk a mile and a half in the freezing cold wind - and a mile and a half back- and the buggy is in the boot of the car.

Right i'm pooped:rotfl: , my sister was up earlier and asked for a hand moving furniture from her old house to her new so need to clear car out but thankfully it's not to bad.

Dusty do you know anything about pear trees, we got one a few years ago and it doesn't produce fruit, i know we need to have a second one for that but do we plant a new one right beside it or should we leave a bit of room:confused: I'm total lost on fruit trees but it would be such a shame if it never produced.

Ebay are weird, they just sent me a letter saying they are making me an ebay 'star'. And they gave me a voucher for £10 off one transaction with no min spend:confused: Anyone else heard of this?

I had this too today - woohoo!

Well bit of a none starter for me, DS woke up 10 mins in. But I've managed to

    Tidy all downstairs
    Quick dust downstairs
    cleaned downstairs loo
Hoovered through apart from living room and dining room
    S&S kitchen and sinks
Got DS up, changed, given him a yoghurt
Fetched bin and some rubbish put out
Played kitchens and pretended to drink numerous cups of tea

Better finish hoovering lounge and sofas, better go DS trying to feed one of dogs a plastic fried egg!
