Vanilla - Serena and Hex know more than me. I have never had a pear tree - I'll check in one of my many books for you later - I think you just need a tree within about 500 meters so no not right next to it.

I have never seen my house so clean and tidy. DH bought me a bunch of flowers to say thank you for all the cleaning. Wonder if he will do this every week.

Though I would share a bunch with you all to say thank for all the motivation and a extra big thanx to Pigpen for doing the list

    NKJAL awwww that was nice.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

    NKJAL.. thank you!! XxXxX

My shoulder if faffing killing me.. I am going to take some drugs.. another handful like I had yesterday when hubby came in and thought I had lost it!!

I've chucked a major wobbly at school.. my pushchair that everyone else leaves in the hall and I have to put mine inthe container outside.. which I don't mind but the same rule should apply to everyone!. It was locked in the container at lunch time so I had to walk tiddles home then walk her all the way back at 3pm and collect it.. she is fast asleep in it now.. she cried all the way there cos she was cold and the 5 minute brisk walking I normally do took 25 minutes of toddler tiptoeing! Poor little thing was poopered.

I hate my joints.. I want them all replacing with plastic painfree ones.. right now!

    Afternoon all

I'm pooped! Really busy day at work and have bought stuff home to do over the weekend. But, the bonus is I get to work from home on Monday too. So  Orf operatives can now stand down until Tuesday:cool:

Weekend looks like it's completely stacked up. Spoke to best friend up the road last night and she's really down in the dumps - her and her hubby are absolutely broke at the moment so I've invited them to dinner tomorrow night so it's one less meal for them to have to pay for.

It's also up to 99p free listing in ebay this weekend so I want to get some of my stacks of old postcards up.

Also, I've been asked to write a bid for some funding money for a community group I'm involved which has to be in by Tuesday.

And, of course, there's the work work. I shall have to try and fit some flying in between.

    Ahhh me....

Afternoon All (shell pokes her spotty face in). Am back from chickenpox misery still scabby and spotty but not infectious anymore:rolleyes: .

Many thanks to those who wrote on my "facebook" wall.

Michelle & JulieJim - interview should have been on Monday, thanks for thinking of me. But had to cancel as rash was full blown on Monday plus I felt terrible. Did ask if it could be rearranged but schools like to do block interviews with tours, tests and individual interviews afterwards - was told on Wed as they had lots of strong applicants I would not have the chance to interview. Am hoping whoever they picks police checks come back bad! Not really (well maybe a bit). Must believe its fate telling me something otherwise I would sit around and mope about it 'cos I really wanted it.

Flying been somewhat limited this week, kids room is constant battlefield I feel need the drastic measures (as in me emptying it when they are at school/nursery). I know they are only little but they are not stupid and know not to take all the clean ironed clothes out of their chests of draws and throw them all over the room:mad:

AnWs Mum - thinking of you hun! And stuff the gossips you have done nothing wrong, you are a strong, kindhearted person who always has words of wisdom and dispite all you have to cope with still support the rest of us on this thread - Thank you for being you:A

Michelle - Hope Charlie is getting better.

Mudbath - I guess you have broken your wrist?? over the last week hope its not too painfull.

Lil_me - Wow on the repayment front - hope your OH appreciates all your efforts!

Nicki - Lovely to hear from you again, sorry your having such a rotten time of it.

Hugs to everyone else, I have had a quick skim through the 33 pages:eek: but brain got a bit frazzled and mixed up.

I have got the weekend off work as unable to wear a bra due to rubbing scabby spots plus look a bit scary TBH.

Challenge for the weekend is to tackle the HUGE ironing pile .....again!
