Ok - we are here. (me and DS that is)

    We have:
    • got up/washed/dressed - had croissants for breakie
    • DH washed up before he went
    • WM - load of DH's clothes, as he told me this morning the jeans he wanted to wear were dirty. Only just got them dry on time, and only was so obliging because he is being so helpful to me at the moment.
    • WM now on a hot empty wash with washing soda and vinegar as it had left all white marks on DH's black work stuff, and was a bit pongy
    • DH emptied his car of work crud and rubbish
    • DH packed his stuff for weekend stag do, and loaded car up
    • He's now gone to the bank to sort out something to do with his ISA, and posted my letter turning down SAT marking on the way.
Me and DS now a solo act until whatever point tomorrow he comes home, which depends on how much they drink.

DS seems happier today. He's had some medicine again and still drooling and snotty, but his bottom seems to finally be sorting itself out. He's currently watching Barney again. I think after looking at his diet -he might be eating too much sugar - he has recently been having jam sandwiches as he is refusing so much else it was better than nothing. No jam yesterday, and less problems today - so will avoid that for a little while.

Might visit my parents tonight as usual, or i might just slob out here. I sometimes don't know what will be most energy consuming, and i know i need to do some ironing and school work tonight.

woohoo hey buddy  so far have lost about 13.5 lbs, I put on 4 lbs in the last 2 weeks :o so a bit of a blip there but hopefully will do better this week. Right buddies it is then. Are you doing anything over the weekend that will mess it up ? We have a colleague of DH's coming for dinner on Sunday night, he's over here for a week from the US so we are entertaining him on Sunday. So I have to cook and not sure what to do that will look good enough, taste good enough, fill him up, be vegetarian (we are veggies) but not too weird to freak him out, and be healthy!!!
Was thinking maybe veggie chilli with rice and they can have tortilla chips too. Maybe something salady to start and no idea for pudding yet.

Hey Jill, last night was a potential dodgy area as we were at a ceilidh and it was bring your own supper. I was planning on having a low cal convienence meal (Oh the shame on the OS Board!!) but DD ate it while I was out. I came home and BF and DD were having a chippy! So I defrosting some quorn fajita mix and we were 30 mins late for the ceilidh!! Grr  Also, Mum brought enough food to feed about 30 (10 of us) but I was able to resist temptation and not eat pizza, pringles etc. And I must have burnt off 1,000s of calories with the dancing :rotfl: Hurrah!!

I think veggie chilli sounds a good idea. How about lime sorbet or ice cream for pudding?

Not planning on doing much today. The weather is awful. We were going to walk to the pub to watch the rugby, but the pub was putting on a free buffet and I'm not drinking, so I'd rather stay in and watch tv. What are your plans? Other than flying of course ;)

DD1's bill paid and mine so we are both back online and ringing!!

Decided to nick DS2's mobile instead of setting a new one up for DD2.. he won't be needing it so it'll be fine to borrow for 48 hours.

Right.. food gone..cuppa gone.. shower and hair wash to then I can fold the mountain of laundry and finish packing my bag to go..

Forgot to say, I had a lovely day yesterday catching up with my cousins and their babies. There is only 9 days between them bless. So I was quite happy with a baby in each arm ;) Making me quite broody...But how does anyone cope with twins or more???

Skintscotslass glad you had a lovely day, wee babies do the same to me.:rotfl:

Very blowy here today and it's starting to rain but i got the washing line up, now need to lit the fire for a bath later.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

Just been popping in to strike some of my list off, doing well so far, utility been cleaned within an inch of it's life. Still got the mould issue in there as I've just wiped more off but it's a single wall extension so I think that is why as it's the external walls it gets on. Anyway that lots done, cleaned EVERYTHING after emptying it all out into the kitchen. Some other things done aswell, floors are now all spangly so will just have to vacuum the pooch hair off those before I leave.

Next job - kitchen, still got the 'lost' things in there. Oh and clean the shelves from the fridge as I've took those out.
One day I might be more organised...........
    GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb

    Afternoon all

Two loads of washing done, it was out on the line for a couple of hours before it started raining. Now draped round the house.

Made some tomato and veggie soup for dinner which was nice with crusty bread.
