Okaaaaaaay, I managed one! I have to say that everything I did went wrong with this card :rolleyes::rolleyes: and I mean everything!!! And cutting that aperture out wasn't easy either! Anyway it's for my sons great grandmother who has reached 100! :j Inside is a pic of him asleep and he's going to write @I hope I have as much energy as you at .............and then you see the 100 again IYSWIM. He can't get to her birthday party and she hasn't seen him in years, so I thought it was a good idea to put a pic in.
Actually it looks really boring in that photo :rotfl::rotfl: The little stars on the left were meant to be in the bottom corner, but I'm soooooooo tired today I went on automatic and stuck them in the wrong place, that's after I'd started rubbing one on the wrong side and killed it!!! I scuffed up the edge in the aperture, the ribbon hides a greasy spot, the cake wouldn't come out properly so gave me grief, the numbers fell and stuck in slightly the wrong place............and I think that was it!:o:o

Well its not pink so that to me is the only thing wrong with it
But I think its a lovely idea you've had there with the photo inside and in a few years time you can perfect it and send it to me
Having quoted it I see the pic in now in my post and it is pink!! oops, sorry in that case its just perfect!
edited again, well it did show up in my post for a while
edited again, or is it just the background you've photographed against that is pink?

Mary your card is lovely, just love the flowers, so delicate, and lovely ribbon down the side.
Savvy, cardmaking is supposed to be relaxing, not causing you so much stress!Love the cake peel off, will have to have a look out for that, could do lots with that. Nice personal touch with with picture.
