Ideas for card craft beginner

Mary - That's why I thought a box of cards would be a good idea for xmas presents for OH's older relatives, as they don't get out much. In fact his Nan was moaning to his Mum that everytime they need a card (and its a big family) they have to send a relative out to the shops to get one for her, so I thought she would really appreciate the gift. Even though teenagers don't need as much "looking after", I would have thought they can be really difficult. I really admire you for making such a difference in young people's lives.
Rainmac - I don't have a printer so I'll have to settle for some stickers from ebay I think. I've got to order some more inserts as well. I'm trying not to get my hopes up too much!, after all I've only sold a few cards so far. My Mum lives in the Midlands and I think there's more of a market for handmade stuff there.0 -

melissa - might be worth posting a few off to your Mum if you think theres a market for them there. You don't need to send a lot off just to start with.

I have never made an ATC either. Basically you decorate the card with whatever you like, (I think its like showing off what you can do), and then on the back you write all your details and then you are meant to swap them. Its like a business card for crafters. They always have them on QVC and create and craft.0

ATC sounds good to me. If a couple of us were very organised, we could even arrange a swap :eek:In a better financial position than ever before (thank you MSE!). Moved back to Scotland and now trying to keep debt-free!0
