Well, folks, a new week, month and a new challenge - here's the chart for this week.

    2ex8r51.jpg

Well done to wendy this week's slimmer of the week with an amazing 6lbs off:T A special mention goes to Kymrob with a staggering 5lbs off again this week - congratulations to both of you. - you've both completed the monthly challenge already - Dare we challenge you to lose another 5lbs each before the end of April???? It's up to you!

Welcome Pennypinchingpenguin and Nuttygirl to the thread and also the chart - feel free to join in the chat when you please, just let me know your results as often as you can, preferably once a week.

Well done also to retiredlady katiepoppycat, suggs, petrichor , brightonbelle and everyone else who took the amazing and fantastic step of admitting they gained this week instead of sticking their heads in the sand and trying to ignore it....

If I've made a mistake in your WI results, please PM me and I'll get it fixed for next week's chart. If you haven't seen your name, don't panic - it's still on the chart. I've simply hidden it as the chart is getting rather large and I'm only showing the results of anyone who has posted a loss/gain/sts since last week's chart.
Goal for 09: Get fit and foxy. target weight 11st. 5/80.
Get out of dead end job and work for career I always wanted.

Very well done to wendy, kimrob, qpuk and the other 'losers' this week

And I take my hat off to your Suggs and Granny for posting your holiday weight gains - I'm sure you'll both be inthe running for SOTW next week.

George - listen to your aunties on this site! - lucozade and cola are bad for you full of colourings and sugar, try to stick to water, with squash if you prefer.

Thanks Delly for adding last week's 1lb loss onto this weeks chart - I'm really hoping to shed 5lb in April, my holiday is definately on the horizon.

Good luck for the coming week everyone.

    Hi there
Hope its ok to ask this on here....didn't really know where else to put it!!
Has anyone been watching this? I saw the first one, part of the second one and part of the third one (last night). One of the dieters from the "Chew Chew" diet is not there anymore.....can someone tell me why? I have obviously missed something!!
I re-joined Rosemary Conley club this week. Fed up of clothes feeling tighter and tighter. I kept putting it off, and then on Monday night, I went to the cashpoint and joined. In my bag, for ages, I've been carrying around a "get a class free" voucher. So I dug it out from the bottom of my bag and walked in. 3 stones to lose to get back to my old RC weight. I was on the front cover of the magazine once. Then I had another baby. And I never lost it. Its slowly crept on and on and on. My little girl is 6 at the end of May. Its great to read everyone stories. Everyone is so encouraging. Thanks for taking the time to do it - you are all so inspiring. x

welcome to the thread cuffie - there'll be loads more people along later to welcome you too.

Yes I have been watching the diets that time forgot. The one guy on the Edwardian diet in my opinion chickened out. He said he wasn't happy and it felt like being in prison.. blah blah blah and went home. What a brilliant opportunity he gave up - AND the Edwardian ladies lost the most weight this week.

Well done by the way on re-joining RC. I lost about 3 stone with one of those classes myself before DS was born. Unfortunately the class was wound up not long after he was born so I never got to go back. Good luck on your WL journey and keep posting on here - it gives you a terrific motivation.

    Hello, cuffie

You're right he was doing really well, it was a shame he left - I've been enjoying the programme. It's been interesting.

I've lost 3 stone the RC way, but never had the bottle/time/inclination to go to classes I imagine they would be quite good fun.

    Good luck with your weightloss.
