Just telephoned BT preference service (nuisance calls dept), very helpful, 02030043199 is a false number used by overseas sales staff, in this case the company is called GAMMA telecommunications in guess where? India.....BT very kindly explained that they would tel'e Gamma and tell them to remove my number from their calling list....BT advised that under no curcumstances should we engage in conversation with them. My advise is to buy a whistle, hope this helps.

I've also had another call from 02030043199. I've phone bt to tell them i'm getting these calls they have told me that the number is not real and to long. have been told to tell them i'm TPS registered and that should stop them. My husband got them for a bit and now i'm having them at all times of the day. I will try this and if it doesn't work i'm going to phone TPS team and they should be able to stop it. BT said this should do it and anyone else having the same problem should do the same. The more people that do should hopefully get these type of calls stoped.

my mum gave these people all her info and details as they were offering her a re-mortgage i think and she would be paying almost £200 a month less, but now she keeps getting calls from them, ( 02030043199) several times a day and when she answers the other end is silent and they stay on the line for upto 5 minutes even after she hangs up! it is very annoying

I have just recieved a call form this number asking for me by my maiden name whihc I have not used in 5 years. I said to teh guy " mo mrs xxxx" here but he would not give up and I asked who he was and he said Global Creidt Management................at that point I said no thanks and put phone down.:D

What gets me is I gets calls from companies liek this every year just after my IVA review when all my creditors get a copy of report. Seems to cause me to get calls rm companys offering debt solutions each year. I only have 1 debt in my maiden name so obviously I think this is where they get my detaislf rom as my telephone number is ex directory and even if was not is in my married name.

This number called a number of times last night - it rings once and then hangs up. It's just happened again. I'm in bed ill and the last thing I need is my phone constantly calling and waking me up and yet I need the phone by me in case my children's school ring for any reason.

I've tried calling back but you can't get through. :mad:

i think the people who arent in debt and are recieving calls from them might have been in some situation at some point and this info is available for anybody to see.-Djp


I recieved a call from them today,asking for me. Im 19 I have never been in debt, i live with my dad, he has also never been in debt and he's only had one mortgage which was over 20-30yrs ago.
So Djp, how have they got my information if i have NEVER been in debt and if i don't have a credit card?

This company is a huge con, and Djp and Sarah are probably one of the sewer crawlers that work for this disgusting company

STEER CLEAR THESE PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO SCAM YOU!!!!! I looked into this company and found that they are now using this data on the same website. I checked this today after getting their call on 17 September 2008:

That phone number has been calling me for the last week or so. So hubby took note of it and found your forum last night. Today they have called me three times, the last time I answered the call and it was an indian woman asking for my husband I told her he wasn't available and promptly hung up on her. I then telephoned BT who when they dialled the number it came back disconnected. They tried to put me through to choose to refuse but they were busy so she told me to report it to tps if I get a name. I don't really want to answer it again if it rings though. Grrrr these people make me so mad.
