Woo hoo pay day today... and its not good. All I got was an extra £16 ontop of what I though I would have  Actually my boss was amazed at how little I actually got a month :rotfl:
So leaving my soa as it stands ~ bills/extras ~ £100.00 saved ~ £100.00 spare ~ £40.00 weekly money leaves me with £39.62 extra (there was money 'floating between accounts anyways). So I am going to have a mini blow out with that and buy my last and only craft stuff for the month (except glue) :rotfl:
I have also set myself a challenge of making at least 30 cards from now untill next payday. If I acheve that I can have an extra £1 per card I make :rotfl: on payday for craft stuff. Just a little incentive to get some more cards made and also get some of this stuff I have here used up first... so here goes :rotfl:

Is that because of the tax changes PAP?
£16 extra is better than £16 lessNo longer using this account for new posts from 20130 -

Well gem... this month I was stopped £100 tax and last month £112however saying that my gross last month was over £1k  and this month only £956. I dont really take much notice tbh. The only thing that got me was we cant have our p60's till next pay day
I wanted to get this tax return sent out so they can bill me on my busniess :rotfl:
Ohhh yeah you are so right. Sorry didnt want to make it sound like I was ungratefull0 -

Hmmm not too good, found out that two people in work are payed not far off what I am and they do less hours  Unsure how it all works however but at the moment I feel I am working for nothing. However my boss is now pushing for my pay to be upped to a higher level so I will get approx £80 after tax extra in my wages. Also I am comparing the amount of work I do to others and I feel a bit used of late, I seem to do a fair bit more yet get no priase/thanks/decent wage. But then I suppose a job is a job, beggers cant be chosers :rolleyes:0 -
Is it based on hours worked? Our hourly rates are based on our appraisals (which are meant to be 6 monthly, yeah right....) and if you hit targets then you get the increase.
I know that feeling, I did the role of an assistant supervisor for nearly a year while still on basic sales advisor pay  I just stopped doing it, if it's not in your job description then sod it.No longer using this account for new posts from 20130 -

This might just be the tax hun, if they earn less then they will pay less tax, so take home pay will be higher...
eg.
They earn £100, and pay £20 tax, so take home £80
You earn £150, and pay £50 tax, so take home £100.
Not a realistic example I know, but it's the same with me, I make £8 an hour, and the people I supervise make £5.60-£6.00 an hour. And they still seem to take home nearly the same as me!
