It still was showing as £69.99 for me, phoned Ebuyer and placed order while I was on the phone and he changed the price to £49.99.

Yes thats right I registered this account the same time as you did in December 07 just in case this sort of thing happened.

    Its true what they say

dont argue with an idiot as they will just drag you down to thier level and beat you with experience.

Still at least me and scooter have one thing in common, we both wont be back on this thread. I get enough mindless drivel without having to read yours, have a nice life on planet greedbay and feel free to leave another mindless comment or smart answer that I wont see, that way you will be able to sleep tonight and not get all upset. Hopefully you will feel well and get back to school before your mom finds out youve been naughty.

You registered in December 07 but felt the only contributions you would make in this entire forum would be 2 posts in support of your beloved friend 'sco0ter'.

You and 'sco0ter' have more than that in common, you both keep returning to this thread when you claim you will not. You are both incredibly rude. You both keep calling this deal a 'stupid buy' when you seem to know so little of what it is capable off.

I do not have any issues with people who do not like this unit, I do have an issue with people who throw insults just to try to make a point.

This has now been reduced to £49 including free shipping. Apparently reduced because of number of complaints about dual pricing. Incredible value I have just ordered mine. Website states it is deal of the day so I don`t know if it will be that price for much longer.

The one advertised at £49.99 supports 7 digit postcodes, according to the information supplied with it.

Just ordered one. It seems they originally only offered them at £49.99 by email to those who had registered with them but hadn't ordered recently. I got the email, but they were asking for sight of the email to do it at that price. It now seems to be available at that price for everyone.
  • Does anybody know if the Navigo can be charged using an AC adaptor? I know it's not supplied with one but don't know if you can use your own?

Asking because my car's cigarette lighter is broken and it's not always practical to charge with USB

    Edit:

No matter, I just found out that USB Mains chargers exist :o

Not sure whether I'm allowed to do this here - but here goes!

    HELP!!

I got my unit and tried to do the updates to get the 7 digit postcode upgrade etc.
I've obviously done something wrong, and now when I select the 'Navigation' icon, I get absolutely nothing at all - only an error stating that 'one or more files must be missing' or words to that effect, and it won't go any further.
    Can anyone help?

I'm wondering whether I can get my hands on another copy of the files on the mem.card to see if that will work.....really don't want to see my 60 quid go up in smoke :-((

    TIA

A copy of the maps ect should be on the disc supplied with the unit.
I downloaded the maps and 7 digit post code search from the Ebuyer web link and followed the directions for the SD card download and all went OK.
