good offer as you also get a free YHA membership for a year and reduced priced meals worth a look!0

Grr! Need to renew mine soon and no way to upload picture! When I get to the ticket office i'm going to point out the unfairness and try and get it 1/2 price or even 1/3 would be great!0

Cn I ask dumb question - I am 26 in June, would I still get it for 1yr or would it expire in June?0
-
Just found the answer and it will expire in 1yr, as long as I apply for before birthday!0

Can it be used at the weekends?0

I just tried it out and it will let you proceed and pay without uploading a photo.
Just before you are required to pay it states the following warning "Please note that if a suitable photo has not been downloaded during this application then your Railcard will only be dispatched to you once a photo has been sent to and processed by Railcards-Online. Railcards are dispatched within three working days of photos being received by Railcards-Online".
I am going to wait a few more days until I apply as I dont need to use it anytime soon. :money:0 -
Hi, I was juz wondering if the free YHA membership is only applicable for people who apply for the card NOW? I ordered a card online a few months ago, so it's still valid. Was wondering if there's anyway for me to get the membership through a link or something0

Until 16 March, National Rail is offering Young Persons Railcard's for half price at just £12. These cut a third off your travel bill so, if you're between 16 and 25 or are a full-time student and spend over £36 a year on trains (even if it's just one trip), get one.
just to clarify, although people over 25 in full time education ARE eligible for the young person's railcard, we cannot get them online, and thus cannot make use of this offer. which is a bit of a pain as i need to get a new one...0 -
My son doesn't have a passport or driving licence-is there anything else he could use?0
