Its nothing really ,I am recovering after an second operation on my foot in November and I am frustrated that I don't seem to be improving very fast, despite regular Physiotherapy trips rounds various Boots stores:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
That's not nothing, it's something, iyswimbut hope you're soon feeling better. x My oh had a problem with his ankle after a fall (years ago), and it left him a bit down.

Well Ive just been well and truly ripped off!
Bought 3 JF mini hair serums, asked for them to go thru seperately with 3 vouchers, bought other stuff too and paid £7.21.
The dozy half wit SA had only scanned one hc voucher so charged me for the other 2! LIVID! Should I take them back for refund or ring CS?
I wowuldn't mind but I only wanted them coz they are FREE!LOL!:rotfl:
Never mind, I did manage the jam S&G tho!paid £5 got 400 points!:money: Martin Lewis Rocks!:money:0 -
eugh....today I have No.& infamous "Dream Lash" mascara on....and it burnnnnnnnns!! Well, not quite burning...more of a light stinging, itchy, sensation. I've just been to wash it off (I thought I was just tired!) and my eyes are looking a tad red!
Sadly, I bought this to get the 100 extra AC points, and I also have the trial sizes in my GWP!!!I don't believe in doing things the easy way.....0 -

Call customer service! Someone on here got a great deal after complaining (full refund of purchase even though this was the free gift, and some other stuff). Today I called and was told I could return the free sample from the gift with product and exchange for something for 7.50. I'm going to call later and hopefully a different sales person will do more, as I'd love the full refund, etc.! If nothing else, you should be able to get a different type of mascara.0 -
I just bought some of the hair glaze at full price (using the £2 voucher, of course). But still, I paid something like £2.54 out of pocket. It's really insane the way Boots operates; you'd think it would be easy to charge the same price across the board!
Earlier in the week I managed to get some blonde ones for my DIL but thats the only colour that was reduced , then went in today & got the brunette ones and the blonde one were back to full price....crazy0 -
afternoon ladies
has anyone tried the mother pucker lip gloss from s & g ? if so what shade ? I was looking at it yesterday and I was very tempted, I have a £10 voucher from pigsback so I may treat myself, and of course I have the 400 point vouchers lol :rotfl:

KrispiiDuck wrote: »Just worth a mention that when the £3 DOES work it reduces the price of one of the items by £3.00 which often messes up the sums! So if the item that was missing from your receipt should have been £5.25 and you've got an item billed at £2.25, it's likely that was the £3 voucher kicking in, thus reducing your spend to under £10 & causing you to be charged for the GWP?!?
The best result is when the SA puts the coupon through on the key as a Brand Coupon.
HTH.
PS My last GWP didn't have a voucher in it!!:eek: and they wouldn't let me use the £3 voucher and have the GWP on an exactly £10 Sanctuary spend (hidden amongst about £30 of shopping)!!
Thanks Duckii
Has you mentioned have done this before and noticed this. Worked receipt out etc and was still down even with paying for gwp. If it had worked out equal would have left out of complain. Piddled with reasons has to why till beeps with these cretinous vouchers lol tbh
