Thanks for that ! I have only tried twice (and been turned down twice) with the Expert vouchers and don't intend trying again. Am tempted to ring CS though and ask what formal policy on the Expert vouchers is - has anyone else asked them about this ? I would really stock up if it was allowed.

& many thanks for the nod on the sanctuary at KR. Not reduced anywhere else though unfortunately. Will keep an eye out if and when I go back.

Will see what CS comes up with. Passing to Area manager this time. Explained about Sanctuary got comp points said thanks only accepted cos of loss of gwp. Said I could go back in and claim one said no thanks too upset atm. She was a nice lady and told her about s&a disappearing off shelves and then reappearing after I went in and where reduced. Hat boxes not reduced etc. She wasn't a happy bunny. PC is a poophole.

Deliberately made a list off here on Wed of everything peeps were getting cheap etc

Lee Stafford Babewave Styling creme - None in 3 shops to be found
Sabctuary Suede Bags none to be found
S&G Clean of England still £5 here no reduced to £1.25. I bought £5
S&G Bag £2.50 now
No S&G steamy showers to be found
Hat boxes still not reduced.

She said if stuff found in back there is going to be some slapped wrists. God I hope soo am sick of their crap.

Told em KW we had to get SA's to go in back and get S&G's out for us.

Its nothing really ,I am recovering after an second operation on my foot in November and I am frustrated that I don't seem to be improving very fast,despite regular Physiotherapy trips rounds various Boots stores:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

It was me lol, and post-pregnant by about 33 years :rotfl: (and my OH uses it! :rotfl:not sure what his excuse is lol), but we both like it so not offended at all

Purchases more Sanctuary stuff and gets a gwp hands over £3 again. Till beeps sa says you can only use against skin care stuff. She accuses me of cutting off the relevant information. So I bite through plastic of my new gwp and open it up at the till infront of everyone. No bloody coupon or anything inside feeling like a criminal now. Expains what has just happened at Kingston and asks her to read voucher. Sha now agrees my stuff should go through and gets someone to over ride the till. Gets home looks at receipt and I've paid for my gwp plus £2.25 more than I should have done one of my products is missing of receipt. & £3 voucher never came off pmsl usual !!!!!!! numpties

Just worth a mention that when the £3 DOES work it reduces the price of one of the items by £3.00 which often messes up the sums! So if the item that was missing from your receipt should have been £5.25 and you've got an item billed at £2.25, it's likely that was the £3 voucher kicking in, thus reducing your spend to under £10 & causing you to be charged for the GWP?!?

The best result is when the SA puts the coupon through on the key as a Brand Coupon.

PS My last GWP didn't have a voucher in it!!:eek::eek: and they wouldn't let me use the £3 voucher and have the GWP on an exactly £10 Sanctuary spend (hidden amongst about £30 of shopping)!!

1st post here but long time reader hatboxes reduced to £4 todat in cheltenham high street about 10 left at lunchtime also a few other bits and bobs got 2 radox shower gels reduced to 80p but went through on BOGOF:T

I bought a few of the Sanctuary box hat sets in the sale and pinched all the vouchers inside (just so they wouldnt know they had been bought in the sale lol) - used all of them one Saturday and had no problems at all with them scanning.

I did notice it reduced the price of one item by the £3 rather than a discount at the end - I did get the GWP with one of them but not opened it to see if any more vouchers inside.
