Yes it does make sense - maybe its a matter of time - I had lived away from 'home' for around 24 years when my mother said I ought to go back 'home' and I just didn't feel that the place where I spent the first 18 years of my life was 'home' any more - it was 'up north' and I was then living 300 miles south of there!
Oh dear I think all this is 'off-topic'!!
Blow to topic, we're all mates here just gossiping - Ok maybe I should stick to topic a bit more, but I have lived away for 10 yrs in July and I never think North can be home no matter how much I love it here because I am a Southern girl born and breed.May 2015 £10 a day currently £2080 -

Im the opposite, my home is where my hubby is - we only live about 20miles from where i grew up and lived until i was 22 (aside from uni years) but havent been back for years and dont miss it at all.
Infact im glad not to be there.
Its all relative i guess, lol0 -

Ive just had a look and its not showing anything in paypal but on my ebay account it says that payment is pending via pay pal.
Im going to go email the buyer now and let them know whats happening
I think the buyer has paid with something called a Paypal 'echeque'. They will think they have 'paid' and maybe not realise how long it takes to get to you. Its a more basic sort of Paypal account that some buyers have and I'm not sure why - I know as a seller it seems a very long time to wait for the money - as you know even when its in your Paypal account it still takes another 5 days to reach your bank!0 -

I'm the opposite of Batgirl as well, born and bred Up North and have lived Down South for the last four years, probably not helped by the fact I visit my Mum every 3rd weekend and see my friends, but still feel "at home" Up North and long for the day we can move back. Trouble is, by then our son won't know anything other than the south - life's a funny old business isn't it. Anyway, back on track, am still on track for the month, £10.24 for me today, so if can keep on at this rate, even with the weeks holiday might just hit target - hears hoping.I'm not a failure if I don't make it, I'm a success because I :tried!0 -

Hey, noticed a few people speaking about doing surveys and bingo for making extra money...
..can someone point me in the right direction for getting started on these?
Do i need to have a PayPal account? My bro had some issues with this in the past with someone cracking into his account, so I dont have one!
Thanks!
xx
Hi Tigger
If you look at the first post on this thread, that should point you in the right direction re: bingo etc.
You don't need paypal for it - you can just use your debit card
Hope that helps and happy moneysavingLBM February 2008. DFD March 2013 19 August 2011Debt at LBM £14,395.48. Debt Now £00 -

If you navigate thru Ebay to 'my account' you can get a list of everything sold and all the fees are individually itemised - listing fee, gallery fee, and final value sale fee.....0 -
I love this challenge. Just logged into line my pocket for the first time in ages and saw £25 sitting there, and validated £26 odd in quidco. excellent. and my wife is pregnant with our second child!!!!:beer:0

Just been on and checked - £15.94 fees due so far - but that includes listing of another 8 items still pending so that will definately go up!0
