Forgot to mention the Bridal IS going to cost £70... but it's 11-4 on a sunday and apparently the busiest one in the area during the summer... I'm treating it as a 'testing the water' kind of thing.. if it goes well brilliant.. if it doesn't then at least I've tried and given me name and number out to a few potential clients..

Hi Sarah,

I was thinking about your AS, maybe you could ask party goers to leave feedback on your parties then you could quote the postitive feedback on your fliers, I noticed someone said it was the best party they had been too, if you quote that its bound to help get the bookings

You could leave paper for comments and collect them on the night or ask them to fill out a feedback form and send it back to you (enclose a SAE of course) You could ask for suggestions to make your party even better too.

I doubt you'll hear from Tax Credits yet IA, their whole system is down until next Tuesday for the update.

I have 5 words to say...

I F*CKING HATE TAX CREDITS!

Had the award notice this morning... in fact... 6 of them turned up....
3 different ones and a copy for me and Ste....
anyway... the 'new' updated one up til april 09 doesn't include the childcare at all but apparently we'll get £100ish a week. Going to have to call them as they gave us one day worth of childcare but nothing else for some bizarre reason..

But that's not the end of it.. the best (or worst) is yet to come..

the other ones we had were award notices for 05/06 and 06/07.... apparently..... and wait for it....

They over paid us by over 4k??????????????????? :eek::eek:

Of course we nearly had a blue fit but then I noticed that they haven't included the child care on ANYTHING... even when I know that Ash was in childcare until nov 06 continously. So GOD knows what's going on but we're going to have to call them as soon as they're back up and running and sort out what's going on....

Luckily we have £100 in the bank and will apparently be getting another £100 on weds from them..... but right now I'm not counting my chickens as the mess we've recieved this morning doesn't do them any credit!!!!!!!!

I think all the people from the defunct CSA went along to Tax Credits. It's the same old same old...
