what a c*ck up can they ever get anything right? I'm sure they've got it wrong again - didn't they do the same to Snaggles a couple of weeks ago? I'm still paying back an overpayment from their mess up 2003-4 and can I work out how much I was overpaid/paid back since no way. I think ZTD has it right CSA and TC both the same department really - red phones were CSA and blue phones TC!!!I stopped smoking 25th June 2007STILL Never complacent but confidentMy debt is GOING DOWN!!!!0

Jesus what a mess - try not to panic, I know (from bitter experience) that it's hard when you can see all your plans crashing down around you, but they have obviously c0cked up royally somewhere, and when it's all corrected it hopefully wont be half as bad as it's looking.
