They open again Tuesday at 8am Sar, so get onto them immediately. They need to explain why they've only just realised an error on 05/06 payments.

And I wouldn't trust that this year's award is correct, the downtime is because of the system update, so I'd see if you get another one. We did two weeks after the new tax year last year.

My mum had a terrible time with tax credits after my dad died...they kept on sending out info asking for him to fill it in, phone calls, wrong info, the list of incorrect info was amazing, it went on for about 2 years, millions of calls later and then they claim they overpaid her....absolute nightmare is all I can say. I hope you have more luck in sorting it out. My mum was just pleased when my brother turned 18 so she didn't have to deal with the useless idiots anymore

Evening all Have literally just started to relax after getting in from my AS party and immediately doing my paperwork. Have complicated things a bit for myself but was a good party... only 3 people there BUT they spent over £250 so my mate got a really good hostess gift also got 2 more party bookings :dance: I now have 8 in total!!
2 next week... none the week after... 2 the following week....
If I can keep up like this it'll be up and running in no time Getting my head around the discount/ordering/payments etc is a bit complicated BUT it's all good and I'll get used to it.

I like to get things done while I think about them...got in... did my order form.. worked out my discount and how much I 'owed'... inputted my new bookings and updated my spreadsheet.. placed my order....
*phew*.. I'm knackered... got 2 next week... one on thurs and one on fri....as well at the CAB and a gig mid week, I'm going to be fooked! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Don't get me started on them, I hate them, wrecked soo much for me so much so I haven't claimed anything from them for over 5 years now. Their continous ineptitude is part of the reason I'm in the debt mess I'm in now.

Sorry rant over, it just stirs up so many feelings for me when I here of someone else going through what they put us through.
