As long as you can add up in your head (having to tot up a shopping basket as you go round Tesco to keep in your budget helps with this) & can remember what the full drinks order was (how many things do you have to remember for your family?) you'll be fine
I did a few months of bar work while my ex wasn't paying any maintenance. It's good fun, hard on your feet though, so wear trainers or comfy shoes that you won't mind getting beer or cola on when "accidents" & overflows happen
Is it a purely drinks pub, food pub or one with a kiddies play area?0 -
