Oh god right now I am so tempted to just say 'screw it all' and sack off the CAB, OU, Ann Summers and everything. :(

Pop next door, have a spliff - watch Jeremy Kyle, sit on the sofa eating crisps - teach the kids to spit at people.....

You're so far already just remember the bigger picture, there are just the bumps and the low bits to make you value the rest of it.... and it's not been handed to you on a plate - someone's probably getting cancer treatment today partly paid for by your sponsored run... remember the little victories to get you through.

I know... I just wish that for once things would be uncomplicated for me. There's only so much I can take before I question whether all the stress is worth it.

Then you rant a bit on here, we tell you you are stressed because you are in a difficult stressful situation and it's perfectly normal and then you overcome it... we believe in you tinkerbell!

It's easy to say this, and I don't mean to sound patronising, but if it was easy everyone would be doing it! That isn't helpful I know, but stop, take a deep breath, look at what you have achieved already in a very short space of time. You have travelled a million miles already, and I'm sure there have been times before when you've wanted to throw the towel in. But you didn't, and looking back, I suspect some of those hiccups were just as bad as the ones you're facing now. But they're only hiccups. In 6 months time, I imagine you will have achieved a hell of a lot more than you have already, you will be volunteering, running a successful business, have all your childcare sorted and be a lot closer to being debt free. You are an inspiration to so many people on this site - I don't know how you do it sometimes.

Now, go and have a cuppa, take a deep breath, perhaps forget about it for today and do something enjoyable. Knowing the progress you've made, I'm fairly confident you'll have it all sorted by the end of the week!

Hey, don't worry about the washing machine, just put the clothes on you want washing when you go out leafletting and if you have my luck, get caught in a torrential downpour - hey presto, washed clothes! :rotfl:

Not sure how to dry them though??

lol very true! If that's the case I should've gone out leafletting at 3am this morning.

We have a tumble dryer and radiators for the clothes.. not sure if that'll cure the hypothermia though..

IA, I only post on your thread very occasionally but just couldn't bear to see you so down. I think you've achieved so much. I forget when I read your thread that your only 22. What you've achieved is amazing. I know 22 year olds who can hardly dress their own beds not to manage run a home, raise two beautiful children, pay off substantial debts, have a happy marriage, be in a band, have different work ventures on the go and also entertain thousands on here who read your diary. Whew I'm tired just writing that so can only imagine how you feel.

Seriously though, I know it sounds trite but when things are down for me I always remember the old saying "what's meant to be will be". Try not to stress, it will just make things worse. Chill out for the evening, watch a movie, have a drink if you have some handy and decide that you're gonna wake up tomorrow in better form
